Chambre spacieuse car nous avions 2 grands lits. Bouilloire à disposition. WC séparé. Quartier calme, nous n’avons pas entendu de bruits.

Emplacement près du parc de la tête d’or . Près du métro de Charpennes . Très grandes chambres des années 80.

Chambres un peu vieillottes et peu de lumière.

Struttura a pochi passi dall'università INSA (la vera ragione della scelta), piacevolmente stupiti dall'albergo con una stanza enorme, pulita e fresca. Letti comodissimi e colazione continentale abbondante. Garage comodissimo, anche se non fosse stato per la macchina strapiena si può serenamente lasciare per strada, tuttavia il parcheggio è ampio e di facile accessibilità. Zona tranquilla al di fuori delle zone centrali di Lione C'è anche il servizio bicicletta. Per il resto, direi che l'albergo è buono e relativamente economico

più che non piaciuto, il bidet (sì c'era il bidet) nel bagno separato dal water....scelta un po' stramba!

There is not much choice at the breakfast. I arrived each day at 8:15 in the morning, and nothing much was left. It looked like they didn't refill.

La chambre est spacieuse et le lit très confortable ! Parking privé dans un un garage en sous-sol à un bon rapport qualité prix.

Le personnel n'est pas accueillant et souriant dans la salle du petit déjeuner. Les tasses à café pas toujours très propres.

Rooms were straight out of the 70s, separate rooms for WC and bathroom, shower was embedded in the bathtub, breakfast's options were limited

Nearly all was well and very well.

It was cold in the room and especially in fitness room.

Either the hotel des congrès or Booking.com blocked the equivalent of one night (145 euros) 7 days before my stay although the reservation confirmation says I will pay on the day i arrive at the hotel. Despite withholding my money, the hotel charged me for the night i stayed before checking out. It has been 9 hours after check-out and they haven’t released my money. Disappointing.

the place was enough clean, a bit old style inside, but we went for one night so not really an issue.

the location is really bad, around there is a mafia selling drugs, we couldn’t go out on Saturday night, the place look doggy’s . they took a preauthorisation of the same amount of the stay, we didn’t get money back yet

Amazingly helpfully and kind staff nothing was a problem good location and near to an amazing park and close to the exhibition centre for work or events.

Fatima at the front desk was amazing and very very helpful! My room was recently renovated very nicely espceially the toilt. The room was big and spacious

The location was generally within walking distance of the convention center assuming a nice weather day. The breakfast was convenient and there were a few reasonable priced places to eat right outside (nothing fancy though). Overall, the stay was pleasant.

I was reluctant to venture out after hours due to my unfamiliarity with the area and the fact that the neighborhood was not as clean as I would have liked

The staff is friendly

The room was nothing like the pictures on booking.com. Room was dated, dusty en not clean. Not like the pictures showing a new, modern and clean room. We paid too much for this room (not worth it). Also the neighborhood is not very attractive and doesn’t veel safe at night.

Good location close to large park and Part Dieu station, and public transport right outside. Big room. Interesting building. Very helpful staff. Great bed.
