Good location and well-priced for the area

The hotel is in a location with a lot of night-life and we could hear some noise from the nightclubs in our room but not enough to keep us awake. As long as it's not too humid, it's a good location for walking to the Peak and to the Star Ferry.

Only one lift was working which wasn't great as there are only two. The noise from the surrounding area bars and nightclubs is there but if you want to be close to the nightlife, it's ideal.

Enjoyable stay. However the area is teeming with nightlife and pubs, though not noisy

Room upgraded. Has Nepresso machine but got to get own capsules. Toilet amenities adequate Bed comfortable, but

both my wife and I got bitten by some insect, not bed bugs.

Good hotel that comes as advertised. Location could be little better. Might stay again.

It's a nice hotel, came as advertised. The room is spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Unlike many other hotels in HK, there is no over-advertisement here like enhanced photos or inaccurate room size statements.

Location. If it was closer to Central, it would be perfect (especially after midnight when MTR-subway is no longer operating). It takes about 25-30 min to walk to Central through Queensway and Garden Road. After a night out it can be exhausting.

buena ubicacion , mal desayuno , malas instalaciones para reuniones.

Lo mejor la ubicacion.

El desayuno era lamentable. No pudimos reservar salas para reuniones de trabajo , aun estando vacías , el personal del hotel nos indicó que no podíamos usarlas sin mas explicación. La opcion de alargar la estancia unas horas era muy cara.

Hotel is nice. Location is perfect and many restaurents near the hotel.

We eat in the restaurant in first floor. Not much choices for breakfast as in Vietnam so I do not like much. Price is high

It's exactly what I expect for.

The room looked nice and clean. The location was perfect for tourism. The staff were friendly.

One day, the people living in the next room were very noisy at midnight.

Was a lovely stay, with a small pea under the mattress.

The hotel is in a great location, very central. The bed was comfortable and a great rain shower. The coffee machine in the room is a lovely addition. The safe in my room worked well and I felt that I could trust the security it offered. The gentlemen who are the concierge desk, are very helpful.

I am disappointed that the hotel charges for late check-out. This never used to be the case and they would accommodate you as much as they could, free of charge. To charge for an hour or two when the hotel can allow it, is just a money printing excuse. Poor decision for such a lovely establishment.

Great place to enjoy the HK nightlife!

Location is amazing (if you are looking to enjoy Wanchai nightlife..) room was clean and comfortable, and quiet considering city centre location

room is small - especially the bathroom , and my drain smelled a little - although i mentioned it to the housekeeper and she did clean it and make it smell much better

The location was great. Really close to the MTR. The surrounding area had good food and pubs. The rooms were regularly cleaned. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful.

The bed covers were a little old and lumpy feeling. The hotel restaurant staff were a little impolite, but not rude. The hotel gym was on the small side but serviceable

Recommend: clean, comfy, great location

We researched for a long time and found this to be the best accomodation in terms of value for money. Upper end but not luxurious, great location and clean. We were not disappointed.

It felt more like an appartment stay (no common area to relax outside of room), though there is a gym and pool in the building next door. While not noisy from the outside, you can hear neighbours through the walls.

Great location & clean room

Great location, 1min walk to MR. Comfortable bed and wonderful shower. Very good service as well. Will book it again without doubt.

Room is a little bit damp with a little bit smell. But It's HK so understandable. Would be better if there is a full-length mirror in the room.

Pleasant

The rooms are a bit dated though serviceable and clean. It's not a bad hotel, it's just not a great one, and unfortunately compared to the money you are spending, it feels like not much value (though this is a problem in HK in general). I stayed on the exec floor so if we consider those their best, I was shocked at what I spent for them. The exec lounge is pleasant and very lightly used so nice, calm place to hang if you need some peace and to work.

Rooms need to be soundproofed. It is far too easy to hear people in the halls, and outside in the street (even on the 21st floor). The bathrooms are just plain weird being a glass partition between where the bed sits and extremely problematic if there is another person in the room. Breakfast was included as I was on the exec floor and was kinda surprised at how paltry it was. I've had better quality and more selection in 2 star places.
