Strange smell in the room.

Staff

Room was not value for money and it is not a four star property.. the toilet is tiny as is the shower room. The stairs are too small (only one person can go up or down at a time, which is unsafe if there was a fire )and it’s spiral.

Staff at Reception has been very friendly and polite at all times and gave good information to all our questions!! We took the Breakfast- Buffet only once - it has been very good with a lot f choice. The ladies that took care about it made shure that everything has been available sufficently. .. Great Job..!! Definately would come again - but please keep in mind: we booked the beach- view room with beautiful balcony-which means that there is a road between hotel and beach - but it didn't disturb us because the windows isolated the street- noise very good ( it hasn't been too much traffic at night anyhow).

The room was fantastic spacious with a lovely balcony with a view to die for. I was in room 31 beautiful.The staff where very friendly and accommodating very nice people. We will definitely be visiting again, next year and for the foreseeable.

Everything was perfect

The view was amazing. We could see the sea and the mountains. The breakfast was good. It was a great location close to the beach and numerous restaurants.

There were bedbugs. When we told the staff, they said they didn’t know what bedbugs were. That’s hard to believe, especially since it is an international hotel chain

Good enough, small rooms but comfortable. Nice balcony with view of the sea. Build quality of the hotel I would qualify as 'french' - not great.

The room was very nice decorated and the balcony overlooking the beach was great. The staff was very helpful in finding restaurants for dinner. The breakfast buffet was exceptionaly good.

Incredible sea views from our balcony. nice clean, today rooms with very comfortable bed. Free parking outside the hotel.

Bathroom was a little bit too small, but separate toilet room helped. I'm nit-picking here in fairness, as I had no problem with the room.

The location is amazing, a room with a beach view is really a worthwhile investment. The rooms are a bit small but have everything you need and are comfortable.

Perfect location opposite the beach. Even in winter fantastic.

As the property allows dog's it would be great to have a space downstairs for dog owners to sit. doesn't need to be at the breakfast area, but a space inside.
