Éramos una familia de 7. Las habitaciones del hotel muy bien y la chica que nos atendió en la recepción cuando llegamos también muy bien.

A las dos horas de irnos del hotel nos dimos cuenta que nos habíamos dejado, en una de las habitaciones, parte de la cena de nochevieja CERRADA. Llamamos al hotel y nos dijeron que la limpiadora lo había tirado. MENTIRA. Se tira siempre y cuando esté abierto. En Madrid nos dejamos unas trufas cerradas y nos las devolvió el hotel. Nos tomaron por tontos. Muy decepcionados.

Lloc tranquil, apartat del centre per anar a peu, pero en no rés amb cotxe. Diversos restaurants al voltant.

La moqueta de la habitación estaba sucia muy sucia tenía manchas amarillas menos mal que solo era para una noche

Zowel diner als ontbijt waren zeer slecht. De kamer was goed ingericht maar niet schoon

Deuxième sejour dans cet établissement. Tout etait aussi bien niveau confort que pour notre premier sejour chambre 101: literie super confortable, chambre pour les enfants, etc…

Pour la chambre 301, le mitigeur de la douche ne fonctionnait pas bien pour le contrôle de la température de l’eau. Aussi le chassis de la fenetre etait tordu et laissait donc passer de l’air. Pas dramatique vu l’epaisse tenture mais c’est toujours mieux d’avoir un chassis etanche

Chambre propre et confortable. Personnel accueillant. Petit salon de jardin à côté de la piscine bien agréable. Piscine où il est possible de vraiment nager. Dogfriendly.

For the price you can’t fault this hotel, pool area was nice and quiet, location is great once you’ve established transport routes. Staff were very helpful and having the Aldi supermarket across the street was a great bonus!

Breakfast was a bit late and order was wrong, and we needed to leave on time.

The hotel was perfectly comfortable for an overnight stay and had plenty of parking, which is why we booked it. There was a swimming pool, but as it didn't open until 10am and check out was an hour or so later, we didn't have time to use it. Breakfast was in a rather soulless room, but had a good buffet selection to choose from with, I think, a hot and cold offering. For an overnight stop en route, this hotel is fine, but if you're looking for a holiday/romantic getaway, then I would suggest looking elsewhere.

The location is a good 20 minutes walk from the centre of Perpignan along a busy, dirty road. The hotel is located on a busy road in a non-residential part of town and so apart from a few fast food outlets, the only place to eat is at an Italian restaurant a 2 minute walk away - but across some fairly busy junctions/roundabouts. The Italian, however, was very nice, albeit a "chain" style restaurant. We did walk into Perpignan centre and sadly, were quite disappointed with the city. Not a place we would bother to visit again.

Good sized room, nice view of pool, with mountains in the background. Our dog was accepted (a must for us). Decent bathroom. Parking available.

The entrance to the carpark needs better signposting from the roundabout outside. It's a very sharp turn and not obvious.

Nothing. We were conned, be careful. We booked in good faith. We then received confirmation, after we paid, outlining various extra charges, and a €200 deposit which it would take 14 days to get back, we cancelled and cannot get our money back. Be careful.

Overall great 4-star hotel. Pool area is great. Restaurant has a nice menu, if a little pricy. Nice breakfast.

The area the hotel is in isn't great. Need a car to get into the city In the pool area you get quite a bit of traffic noise but it doesn't really bother us too much.

Room was nice and breakfast good

The swimming pool was filthy, full of leaves and dead flies. Berry disappointed with that aspect
