La pièce, grande , le lit confortable, la salle de bain propre fonctionnelle. Les équipements. Bouilloire, machine à café, frigo..etc le cadre extérieur un peu de verdure et le calme

L'appartement spacieux. La literie confortable. Le parking gratuit. La possibilité d'emmener nos chiens.
La paroi de douche amovible qui laisse passer l'eau sur le sol de la salle de bain. Le rideau trop ajouré qui laisse entrer toute la lumière dans la chambre.

We arrived at 17.10 couldn't get into hotel another guest let us in, then we had to phone some one to get more details of how to get the key to our room, as we didn't receive the email from the hotel till 19.00

Communication and payment issues. Hotel added duplicate charges to card when already paid in cash and did not communicate effectively.

The shower too low, no toaster or kettle, no sharp knives either. outside of the room was pretty dirty lift was really dirty.

Location was for us perfect too.though not in the center but highly convenient for our purpose.

The only positive for me was the car park is secure and I was placed in the ground floor so could park right by the room for bringing my bags in after walking through the hotel to open my room the lady at check in was nice.
The Room was cold as the heating nor air conditioning worked so it was freezing the toilet smelt like open drains the room layout wasn’t very good as awkwardly placed plug sockets Only 1 right behind the bed and no lamps the bed was not comfortable at all! I wouldn’t stay again
