Das Zimmer hatte eine defekte Heizung Nach dem Umzug ins Erdgeschoss war es kühl, extrem Fußkalt und sehr laut. Man konnte durch die Nutzung eines Aufenthaltsraumes durch Gäste eine Nacht gar nicht schlafen, da bis 03.00 Uhr und dann ab 06.00 Uhr wieder lauthals gefeiert wurde.

Das Frühstück war wirklich super und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Hervorzuheben ist das extrem freundliche Personal, das versucht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Vielen Dank noch einmal. Das Zimmer (Einzelzimmer kurzfristig gebucht) war mehr als komfortabel (Doppelzimmer mit Schreibtisch und Sitzecke.) und sehr sauber.

Die Parkplatz-Findung war etwas schwierig, da gerade auf der Rückseite ein Parkplatz gepflastert wird. Letzlich durfte ich auf der Vorderseite fast direkt vor dem Eingang parken. Auch hierfür vielen Dank!

The staff was excellent

The location is very central, but it is right at a big road. The outside breakfast terrace looks to a parking lot and a big rubbish container. The hotel could make the fence nice to create a nice cosy place in my opinion.

Nice hotel and staff. Excellent breakfast. 1 mile from motorway exit, east to find. Secure parking in underground car park some spaces outside as well. 10 minutes walk in to old town centre, lots of very old buildings and large choice of very good restaurants.

Pillows too soft, and squash down to nothing.

Fast check-in, free parking, clean and nice room, decent breakfast! Super-fast checkout - just dropped the card and left, exactly what I needed.

I was in a corner room, and Wi-Fi was very slow when I was around bed. Good signal closer to the door or in bathroom (just a few meters).

The hotel is in a good location and easy to find. About a 10 minute walk to the old town. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice. The staff were very friendly and informative. We liked the secure underground car park and the fact that there was a dedicated bay for ebikes. Nice comfortable beds and plenty of storage for clothes etc. A safe was in the room.

We stayed for 5 nights and the weather was very hot. There was unfortunately no air conditioning in our room and it made sleeping very difficult. We did however borrow a fan from an empty room which helped the situation.

breakfast was not too good this year ,standards have dropped.

we asked for a quiet room the same as 5-weeks previous visit. but this time we were next to the main dual carriageway and with a 400 km. drive the next day they refused to change it. I'm am 85 years old and we didnt sleep at all so were very tired the next morning. We may as well have slept in the street.

Very clean room with an original and functional design. Super tasty breakfast with choices for vegan as well. Friendly staff and a great location. Absolutely perfect.

Cozy and spacious room, friendly and helpful staff, close to old town and train station. The idea of walking along the Lahn river is just a few minutes away.

Room was clean and bed was good. Breakfast area was Nice and there was enough space. It was easy to come and go.

TV antenni cabe was not connected and due to that TV was not worked first but after I noticed that cable was not connected I put cable to it place and everything was working ok
