Le calme et le silence de la chambre. Possibilité de demander d'avoir la chambre côté cour pour plus de calme.
Le petit déjeuner, buffet, permet de bien démarrer la journée également et contient l'essentiel.

Very clean and newly arranged.
The hotel is very close to premium restaurants, most interesting places (including OMEGA museum) are in walking distance.
Very friendly staff, very nice breakfast.

Location is a bit far from the Train Station , But Connected by Local Bus service , Rooms are Good size , Clean & Staff is Good ( Andre at Reception is very Helpful & Polite ) , Breakfast is acceptable , But exactly same stuff everyday .
Attitude of one of the Senior Staff during Check Inn , Everything for them is related to Money , If need Higher Floor , Need to Pay 30CHF more per day , At this time only this available as per your booking through Booking.Com if need to change need to Pay Extra , Anyways Stayed 4 nights in a Double Bed room eventually got a good size & location of Room with a small balcony that made the whole lot of difference .

I stay frequently in Biel. My stay at the Mercure was as good as always. A nice surprise was the new and bigger breakfast Buffet. Overall a very recommendable place.

Had again a weekend in Biel to visit friends and carneval. The stay at Mercure made it great. A friendly Welcome, nice rooms and a delicious breakfast. Simply my favourite hotel in town.

Perfect for a nice stay in Biel. Polite and helpful staff, comfortable rooms and I was really suprised about this new and very stylish lobby. I'll be back. Sure.

The location of the hotel and the hygiene
The reception manager was so rude and not polite while talking to us he has a frown on his face all the time , he wasn’t helpful and he threatened us that he will not make us any reservations for a taxi or a salon .. this was the first time in my life i got treated this way especially from a reception.

Staff were so knowledgeable and helpful. The electric bike hire was fabulous and the routes recommended were superb.
The pillows, could have been more of them and could have been a bit more comfortable. Also the air conditioning didn't seem to work very well and the room was very warm.

We booked our room last minute for a one night stay. Everything was fine, clean and comfortable room, pleasant experience at the front desk, good location.

The hotel is renovated and it's modern, comfortable, very very clean. The staff is very helpful. The location is great. Bienne is a beautiful city.
Not much to say. Bed mattress a little too hard for my taste.

Comfy bed, high cleaning standard, fridge & kettle in the room, good location.
AC annoyingly switched on again automatically after I had put it off (this interrupted my sleep 3 times).
