Very old furniture and decorations of the rooms is poor compared to the cost

Breakfast and swimming pools

Furniture, accessories and room decorations are outdated and need huge change and refurbished to reach level of 5 stars hotels at the GCC region. The smell of the hallways and rooms is bad due to floor furnishings is very old.

Amazing definitely coming back!

Staff at the hotel were amazing nothing was too much and we were very well looked after. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Food was excellent we didn't have one bad meal. Location was great we took the tram a few times the tram stop is a five minute walk. I would 100% recommend this hotel it has everything. Kids loved the water park!

My son has a nut allergy and I found that hard to navigate at the buffet, but in the restaurants the staff were amazing and cooked my son a separate meal at the Chinese restaurant which was great. Sun beds are taken up early so be prepared to get up early to get the best spot!

Exceptional stay at the Westin

Very nice and helpful staff. Beautiful and big room with exceptional view. The room was completely soundproof, which i was so pleased to find. Very nice upgraded furniture. Beautiful design though out the entire hotel. The fact that it's a lagoon placed hotel was nice for the kids. Clean sandy soft beach.

La verdad es que las habitaciones eran grandes y estaban muy limpias.

Bueno en este tipo de hoteles la Masificación a ciertas horas era inevitable, a la hora del desayuno o en las hamacas de las Piscinas o playa era difícil encontrar sitio.

Çalışanlar müşterilere karşı çok nazik ve yardımseverdi. Oda temizliği iyi yapılıyordu.Yemekler damak zevkimizle uyumluydu. Otel ve sunduğu hizmetler beklentilerimi karşıladı.

Verdiğimiz kahve siparişlerimiz bazen geç getirildi. Servis hizmetinin biraz daha hızlandırılması gerektiğini düşünüyorum.

It used to look out at the ocean now you look at a harbor. Traffic getting in and out is bad at peak times.

The stay was lovely but booking.com spoilt my trip when I found out the price at the hotel was half of what I payed.

The property is very central and has all the activities you need. I was very disappointed to find out I had paid booking.com much more than the room rate through the hotel. I will never book through booking.com again. Very disappointed. The hotel did their best to give me a better deal by offering me the executive club deal but I still payed almost double the room rate. So very upset. Will always book direct in the future.

The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi....luxury from the moment you step inside...JUST BOOK!!!

The service across this hotel is AMAZING!!! The hotel is beautiful but it's the staff that make it exceptional. Their attention to detail could not be faulted and you felt like a VIP from the moment you walked through the door. We ate at numerous restaurants and the food was gorgeous, don't miss Fish restaurant in the evening for beachside twinkle lights and Baba Steak just delicious! We are a family of 5 staying in 2 deluxe rooms with balcony views, more than enough space to accommodate with great housekeeping too. This was our first time in Dubai and we couldn't have picked a better hotel for location, believe me we did it all (kids loved the skydiving & the desert safari is not to be missed!), we'll definitely be back and won't hesitate to rebook The Westin for our return.

Our second stay - pretty good overall - but not so sure we will be back again

The small water park and the kids club were great - and the adults only beach was fab. There is a great selection of pools.

The restaurant food - under the half board wasn’t great - and sometimes the service was a bit slow. It was hard to find a sun lounger on the beach in the afternoon in the family area (they’ve given a large part of the beach to an adults only area that was only lightly used). The filtered water is a great initiative to reduce environmental impact, however, the price of the filtered water in the restaurants was 35aed which is just crazy (9.50usd!).

Fabulous

Fantastic room with wonderful view. Extremely comfortable. One small comment was all the piped music which was quite intrusive. Also, I have in previous years really enjoyed the Tapas restaurant. However, on the evening we went to eat the music was so loud we couldn't even hear the person who greeted us at the door so we left and had a nice meal in the lobby bar.

Fantastic hotel, great location, amazing food.

The food at the hotel is exceptional under the all inclusive option and, generally. The buffet, Italian, Spanish and Steakhouse were all extremely good and overall, excellent value for money. The pool area is great, with a very wide menu of drinks and food available.

The rooms are slightly dated in comparison to the stunning interiors of the general lobby, bar and buffet restaurant which are amongst the most beautiful I have seen in 30 years of travelling (and developing hotels). These are being refurbished however.

Prima hotel te duur voor wat het is.

Het hotel is redelijk goed. Maar begint wel gedateerd te raken.

Het personeel is vriendelijk maar ze hebben eigenlijk geen flauw benul wat ze aan doen zijn. Ik heb bijvoorbeeld soms 3 keer om de rekening moeten vragen bij het zwembad en na 35 min wachten heb ik de manager moeten vragen of hij de rekening wilt brengen.

Amazing family holiday, loved every minute, can’t wait to go back.

The food in every outlet was amazing! The choice and variety was excellent. The gluten free restaurant (Bounty Beets) was so brilliant for my coeliac daughter. The staff were all so friendly and engaged with my kids. The pools, water park and kids facilities are excellent! Room was spacious with great garden access.

Attention to Detail and more!

This hotel was exceptional, as soon as we arrived we immediately regretted not being able to stay longer!! The rooms were a great size, super comfy beds and a huge bathroom. We had a balcony with sea view which was great for drying swimwear very quickly! The staff were incredibly attentive and always available to help. The pool was where we spent most of our time, which we all loved. The pool staff were incredibly helpful and always available. The facilities in the adjoining hotels available for joint use were also great, the kids especially loved the water park and near by ice creams. The restaurants onsite were also great and far exceeded our expectations for our half board stay! Can highly recommend Sui Mui, Bussola and the stand out was Baba Steakhouse! When we left, we had an early morning departure and the hotel prepared a take away breakfast and coffee’s for our journey. We will be back, ASAP 🙌🏻

I loved it. Recommending it already.

We know the hotel is not new, and yet everything was well maintained. Beautiful interior, there was apparent attention to details.

The only comment I have is, we were staying on the 6th floor, not the main wing, and entering that side, the corridor has a smell that is not very pleasant. Also, that the first round of water was free at the beach, this is a little disappointing.

We had an awesome family holiday at the Westin.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were spacious and very nice. Not too many trinkets for little kids to destroy. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. The water park was a big highlight for our family. The staff were always helpful. Thanks especially to Sandeep in concierge and Edward who always had a friendly smile and greeting whenever we left or arrived despite the scorching heat. We would love to come back some day.

There was a cooked fly on our pizza at the Italian restaurant and it smelled like smoking was allowed in the restaurant. After that, we had all our meals at Mina's kitchen which was absolutely amazing!
