The location was amazing , the sandy beaches and the rich breakfast choices , the helpful staff especially Vicky at reception she made sure our stay was as comfy as possible
The furniture and chalets are a bit old need some touch up and refurbishment

أعجبنا ( أنا وزوجي ) الهدوء في المنتجع ومطعم تياترو ، حيث تناولنا فيه وجبتي إفطار ووجبة عشاء ، الطعام ( التنوع والتحضير والتوفر والمتابعة ) كان رائعاً ولذيذا ، وخصوصاً العشاء كان شيئا مريحاً وممتعاً يجعلني أكرر الزيارة ، فالهدوء والتنوع وبشاشة العاملات كانوا سادة الموقف في وقت العشاء ، غرفتنا كانت كبيرة مريحة وقنوات التلفاز كثيرة ومتعددة وعالمية ، وتجهيز الغرفة كان رائعا حيث حضرنا في يوم زفافنا لقضاء يومين هناك ، أعجبنا أنه كان مسموحا طلب الطعام من خارج المنتجع فذلك ساعدنا كثيراً في ليلتنا الأولى ، مستلزمات دورة المياه والاستحمام كانت ذات جودة وقيمة ، شكراً لكم وأرجو لكم المزيد من التقدم للأفضل ( منتجع هيلتون الكويت )…🌹
لم يعجبنا التكييف ، فقد كان دافئا مع وجود الغطاء الثقيل للسرير ، زينة أعلام الكويت على نوافذ مطعم تياترو المقابلة للشاطئ ، تحتاج إهتمام أكثر لتبدو أكثر احترافية وجمالية ، جلسة الكشتة المقابلة للبحر تحتاج اهتمام أكثر ، وعموما جهودكم واضحة في مكان الإقامة ، بوركتم…🌹

المرافق جداً قديمه ولفت انتباهي احواض السباحه جميعها فارغه ولا يوحد اهتمام في المنظر العام للفندق لا يوجد بعا اهتمام

The location was convenient for my work. The hotel stay was comfortable. The staff were very friendly, especially Marisol at the front desk.

family friendly resort . Starbucks and pizza express are inside the resort . 2 swimming pools and golf cart service. nice restaurant near the beach with Arabian style decoration.

A better experience with this hotel for my second stay:
- the personnel is extremely nice and helpful (middle-of-night check-in, accepted to keep me the room until 14:00 on the day of my checkout, etc.)
- excellent buffet dinner and breakfast
- very convenient gym, opens 24 hours
The hotel remains of course a little old and some refurbishment could help (in particular in the bathroom: the shower head could be of a higher standard ; the flow rate of both cold and hot water could be higher)

Facilities were great. It was nicely decorated for Christmas. The staff was very pleasant. Devi in housekeeping did great job.
There was nothing that we disliked.

My kids were super bored the game center and the bike rentals open ONLY weekends. In addition to that, the breakfast was included with the reservation, my kids asked for waffles and pancakes it arrived little late, I requested to go bag , the waitress refused and told us we MUST EAT HERE only ! I asked for her manager, yet, we had the same reply !
The standard of care and hygiene along with PR of this incident were below hilton standards!
any restaurant around the globe they do offer to go pack !!! I used tissues to hold my kids food coz we PAYED for it no one can FORCE US how to control our kids appetite!!! on top of that for the price I payed for our UNPLEASANT stay waaaaay over rated !!! NOT WORTH IT !!!! I uploaded a picture of the restaurant name ,,, the waffles were wrapped in tissues as that was the way they wanted me to represent HILTON RESORT!
