Very comfortable room . The staff is very cooperative. Room space. The cleanliness for the room is super. Very cute hotel.

No safety Box. No air conditioning. No refrigerator.

The room was clean, asked for a bottle of Prosecco on arrival and they kindly provided it. The sauna was good, pool size very good.

There was only 1 towel for 2 people to begin with, no slippers for spa (maybe shouldn’t expect it for 3 stars). the buffet was good for breakfast, but dinner seemed expensive with little choice.

Facilty is great

Food. The evening buffet was 1) expensive 2) meat cooked to death (dry, uneatable!) 3) ice cream ran out and was not replaced.50/50

The hotel has a good pool and sauna area which you would normally not expect at this price level. It also has a convenient restaurant offering dinner buffet at a reasonable price.

The mattresses are thin and poor. The sink in the shower cabin did not work properly and the place generally appears a bit worn out. A small but impractical detail: The soap dispenser in the bathroom was placed right above the toilet paper roll.

We stayed in this hotel because of proximity to Heide adventure park. It was probably about 7 min drive which was very convenient. Hotel situated in the forest, green, with lots of activities to do. Room very clean. Breakfast and dinner had great buffet offers , one could choose to sit inside or outside. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast very nice and the welness was also good

the staff barely spoke any English and the hotel is a bit of a maze.

No PIN abilities in the restaurant

The staff were really welcoming and friendly. The receptionist that checked us in was super friendly and nice. The pool was nice.

The options I the buffet was very limited.
