Exceptional

After a cancelled flight and a long drive this was exactly the hotel we needed. Not far off the main road quite and relaxing with a lovely pool. The roof terrace bar is the perfect place for a cocktail.

No mention of the need to wear a swimming cap in the pool at the time of booking. The hotel did provide so it wasn't much of a problem.

Beautiful hotel to stay

Amazing property and restaurant are wonderful! 10 from 10. You can use a train or taxi from and to Naples to go to Sorrento or Pompei. It is a little far from the city but worked for us. It takes you aways from city noise.

Restful relaxing stay within 10 minutes of Pompeii

Everything really, quiet comfortable room . Very attentive and friendly staff who were at the door welcoming us, one of our group uses a wheelchair and the concierge was there as soon as arrived in the car park to show us our reserved space. He then guided us into the hotel using the disabled access path. He spotted us before we saw him. The breakfasts were very good and taken in the sunny garden room and on our return from Pompeii the pool proved very inviting and cooling. I would happily stay here again.

We had a car and this very comfortable hotel was in easy reach of everything we wanted to see .

friendly staff and a very well designed place

It was a shame the pool was closed given a pool was mentioned and it was very hot . Fair enough that the weather was atypical

the balcony and view

the pool was closed and the daily temperature was 26°. the included breakfast was substandard for the price of the hotel.

The hotel is amazing! The terrazzo (rooftop) has an extraordinary ocean amd the volcano view. An excellent option to visit Napoli and Pompei by car.

Marad - Pompeii and Naples exploring.

Good clean class of hotel, nice pool, not busy. Staff attentive and friendly.

A little away from everything, need a car to get out and about. Restaurant is superb, but could do with a little more on the menu and a children's menu.

Although the hotel was almost fully booked, the staff kept everything clean and in good order.

Good location, close to train station and airport.

Our first room had a problem with ants, we were immediately moved to a room on another floor. The new room was nice and clean if a little old fashioned. Enjoyed the roof terrace for watching the sun set.

The pool closed at 6pm, a little early for us.

They do not talk to the customer respectfully at the reception and at breakfast they keep staring at you and denying you some items. You are not allowed to take from this type; And they put it with other items! And for my part, I will never sleep in it again, and I only slept in it for two nights. just what is that hotel!

Superb

The staff were amazing here, everyone we dealt with was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool area is lovely and the breakfast is varied.

The only things that let it down was the area its in a little sketchy and the dinner menu is limited. Everything else was perfect.

Immaculate hotel with a wonderful pool area and roof terrace

Our room was comfortable. The AC was not working when we arrived but one of the site team resolved this for us. Pool area was very nice although, unfortunately, there was some building work taking place next door which meant it was a noisy afternoon. Helpful staff. Immaculate hotel. Roof terrace was a wonderful bonus to watch the sunset and the surrounding coastline.

Great

The hotel is lovely and located in a quite area. The scenery is beautiful and the garden terrace is just so serene. The breakfast was excellent and service from the waiters was exceptional. We have also had dinner there and the food was great. Overall, we are really happy that we have stayed there and would go back again.

I found it a bit odd that there was no iron at all in the hotel. Also, would be nice if the hotel had a vending machine or selection of small snacks.
