Really lovely comfy bed and pillows, clean room, great size bathroom and nice soft towels. Breakfast was amazing, cooked to perfection and very tasty - lots on offer. Breakfast staff great too.
Dark room and quite small. No dressing table, tricky to just use the full length mirror for hair and make-up - just need a small table under the mirror or change the 'desk' to be more adaptable? Teeny-weeny bin the bathroom! Why only one blanket?
No information AT ALL at Reception - didn't tell us anything, no map, no information about the pool or anything in the hotel...all we had were the restaurant times on the key card. The Reception staff's English not great so didn't want to keep asking...
Sky bar closed when we were there.

L’hygiène, les chambres sont conformes au photos et surtout digne d’un 5 étoiles.
Notre première fois dans cet établissement c’était en 2017, nous avons été tellement impressionné par le professionnalisme et les services de qualité de cet hôtel que nous sommes revenus 7 ans plus tard, nous y sommes retournés.
Toujours digne d’un 5 étoiles et encore un grand merci au employé.
Seule petit bémol c’est le petit déjeuner intercontinental qui a légèrement réduit.
Mais toujours aussi merveilleux.

Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice with lots of fresh berries and hot food made to order.
Our family room was a good size and had a large bathroom.
Would recommend this hotel.

Staff very friendly, the restaurant food in the bar was exceptionally nice
The car parking instructions are a bit vague and the hotel is a taxi ride to the centre of town

The beds very comfortable, room was a good size. Very clean. Staff helpful, as I needed the room changed from a double to twin room as I have a problem with my spine.
The sink in the bathroom leaked, had to keep filling up with precious water. The hotel was near a couple of streets were the down and out were dealing drugs, felt uncomfortable.

Location and the room.
Service in the restaurant at breakfast - to order food, the waiter had to be "found".
We had dinner the second evening, my wife's Sole was beautiful, but my steak was tough. The Prawn skewer starter was good.

I especially liked the cafetería where you could have amazing breakfast if you are not into buffet style breakfast.

Lovely 2 night stay at a very friendly, clean, cosy Hotel. The breakfast was amazing and so much choice. Evening meal was very good too. We had an early start so they gave us a takeaway breakfast that was very njce

The hotel was extremely clean and the staff were very kind and helpful, would highly recommend staying here

Very nice breakfast with a large availability window, perfect for both early starts and holiday lie ins.
Also appreciated check out being at midday.
Taxi rank right outside and the train station is only a 10 minute walk away for day tripping.
Staff were always polite and friendly.
Unforuntaley our room smelt of cigarettes, despite us trying to keep the windows open when we could.
The noise of the elevator was almost constant through the night which was disruptive.
The roof top bar was not open for guest use. Instead it was hired out for a private party one night of our stay and the noise was ridiculous!
Takes a solid 25 minutes to walk into the old town, often along busy roads if you want to get there directly. Which is fine as long as you're prepared for that and bring your comfy shoes.
