Good breakfast with fresh fruit and lots of choice.
The air conditioning was unable to cool the room lower than 27 degrees, even during the night. On the second night we slept with the balcony door open as an alternative, and that was better. The pillows were very thin, and the room itself was not spacious.

En la habitación hacía un calor infernal, no se podía ni dormir. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba. El personal hizo lo que pudo pero la persona de mantenimiento ni se pasó por el hotel. Al día siguiente, lo puse en conocimiento de nuevo en la recepción y es cierto que me hicieron un pequeño descuento por la gran incomodidad de la situación ya que no pudimos apenas dormir.

Schöne zentrale Lage und geschmackvolle Zimmer. Parkmöglichkeit auch für Motorräder und E-Fahrräder. Freundliches Personal und gutes, preiswertes Frühstück.
Montags weder Bar/Getränke- noch Restaurantservice. Dazu eine leere Minibar. Das darf es in einem 4 Sterne Hotel so eigentlich nicht geben.

Creo q las personas q reservamos vía internet (Booking,por ejemplo), no recibimos el mismo trato, nos adjudican las peores habitaciones

La ubicación y el trato del personal
Reserve aquí porque anuncian internet de alta velocidad pero no es así por defecto. Al reclamar en recepción la chica me consiguió un router de tarjeta. Pero si no se me ocurre comentarlo, con eso me quedo. Las habitaciones eran un poco oscuras para trabajar.

La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno centro de la ciudad, pero sobre todo me encanta el trato amable y cercano de su equipo humano.
De su cocina, siempre ceno allí, pues reservo media pensión, que sale muy bien de precio, es muy buena con in servicio cuidado y profesional.

La poca información en recepción, no ofrecer el parking y cuando preguntamos directamente decir que estaba lleno y que no se podría ningún día. Después la tarjeta se desconectó porque no habíamos renovado una noche más, cuando desde el principio eran 2 noches. Y por último, el baño olía muy muy mal a desagüe.

Room was small, a bit tired, needs a bit of money spending on it, staff need a bit a training on customer service, no smiles, no friendly chat, just like robots.

Price, Cleanliness, Cooperative and brilliant location
Just a little work on the breakfast - very Spanish - us who travel for work need not to challenge ourselves at breakfast! and no eggs on either day when I was there!

Room 100 over the entrance with a view and unexpected mini balcony, VERY friendly and helpful STAFF- all shifts, communication (met requests), we got early check in, LOCATION, great Shower, heated no fog bathroom mirror, Bed, Decent TV- we bought a HDMI cable, Adequate breakfast for 10E we didn't pay in advance for but it was easier than going out and a special set up for children in back, restaurant recommendations by staff member, QUIET, Price. Would definitely stay here again. I read reviews of all the nicer places in Teruel. Easy drive to Albarracin the next day.
Parking concerns before arriving (we didn't even try hotel parking after reading the reviews) we went to Gloria ($ 18.50E cash or attendant for less than 24 hours) and had a nice short walk. Never saw free parking at train station- we tried.
A close up map online of the area and how to arrive and parking options would be nice but gps helped.
ATTACHED HAIRDRYER for someone 3' tall (front desk lent me a nice one), bathroom counter a bit small. DARK in spite of many lights- lighting is an important thing for me. No heat on (not needed) at this time of year but plenty of blankets. Not dealbreakers and all easily remedied.

Everything. The location is perfect, access to the old centre and all the shops, bars and restaurants. Secure, reasonably priced motorcycle parking. All the staff spoke good English but let us practise our Spanish. The room was spotless, credit to the cleaning team. Fabulous shower, comfy bed and two balconies with great views. Totally quiet at night. All at a very reasonable price. Totally recommended.

We booked a room with breakfast included but the restaurant only opened at 8.30 so we had to leave without eating breakfast. It would have been nice if staff refunded charge for breakfast. They told us to contact Booking but it was very late.

Good hotel at the entrance to the old town with large rooms and comfortable beds. very clean, friendly staff. English available.
my room was directly under several blowers on the roof which made noise all night. Also the ventilation system was unusually loud. This is a pity because otherwise it could be quiet during the night. no bar in the hotel. glasses in the room would be nice.
