Da limpeza , da piscina do restaurante e do quarto (bem amplo) com cama muito confortável e uma vista muito bonita para o jardim e para o mar..

O cardápio não condiz com o que foi oferecido em relação aos drinks do bar da piscina. Faltando ingredientes que consta no cardápio.

Atendeu o objetivo

Estávamos a trabalho então praticamente não usufruímos dos benefícios do hotel e nem tivemos tempo para conhecer o hotel .

Quando eu fiz a reserva e não fui informada que o restaurante não funcionária naquele dia. No ato do check in, inclusive apos o pagamento da diaria, que eu vi “por sorte” um comunicado na recepção do fechamento do restaurante por 24 horas. Ou seja: nem mesmo o recepcionista, quem nos atendeu, teve a gentileza de informar a suspensão do serviço de restaurante!!!!!! Quando eu vi, e o questionei, só ouvi “eu entendo, senhora, sinto muito!”. Achei desrespeitoso, pois a escolha de querer ficar lá sem restaurante deve ser minha, e pra isso precisaria ser informada!!! Na mesma hora cancelei e fui pra outro hotel da cidade! Detalhe: restaurante fechado em plano feriadão estendido (era dia 03/11, sexta-feira). Inacreditável!!!! Na minha cabeça isso não existia mais, se faz manutenção dia de semana, com hotel vazio…. Lamentável

Hôtel moderne sur le bord de mer

Hôtel moderne au calme en dehors du centre historique. Belle piscine. Réceptionniste très aimable et efficace. Shopping center juste à côté de l’hôtel ce qui est très pratique.

Il est un peu loin de l’aéroport qui est de l’autre côté de la ville

Experiência perfeita!

Hotel bastante amplo, bem localizado, próximo à praia do Calhau e de diversos restaurantes. A área verde do hotel com suas piscinas, bar e spa estão de parabéns. O café da manhã é um dos pontos fortes, com oferta de diversos itens e também de comidas regionais. O atendimento de todo o pessoal do hotel está de parabéns. Todos muito solícitos e simpáticos. Próximo ao hotel também há um grande shopping center.

Apenas 2 pontos que no meu entender poderiam melhorar mais a experiência, mas nada que impeça meu retorno. 1 - O quarto que fiquei tinha um cheiro de mofo bem considerável. Creio que poderiam deixar os quartos mais ventilados antes dos hóspedes entrarem. Deve ter alguma forma melhor de tirar esse cheiro de mofo, pois fiquei em outro hotel de frente à praia em São Luís e que não tinha cheiro de mofo. 2 - O acesso à praia por uma rua lateral poderia ser alterado por outro portão, que fica virado para a rua da praia mas que fica trancado. Há sinais de que um dia já foi utilizado. Não custa nada deixar um vigilante nesse acesso, diminuindo o trajeto do hóspede que estiver interessado a ir à praia.

O café da manhã é muito bom.

Primeiro nos deram um quarto com cheiro de mofo. Reclamamos, foram gentis e trocaram. O hotel está passando por reformas, entendo, mas não deveriam usar os quartos que estão precisando reformar!

Okay, not bad, not great

The breakfast was really good. The shower was great. The room was really big and the bed was comfortable.

The check in and check out took too long. The kitchen was on repair so we could not order food by the poolside. I asked the staff for a few minor things (30 minute later check out - they would not accommodate, and extra robe for my daughter - they would not provide) small things that make a difference, but they seemed to not really care)

Comfortable, decent short stay

Very lovely resort vibes and compounds with lovely pools which I didnt have time to make use of, sadly. Nice breakfast area and friendly staff. Huge beds and super spacious room. Close to the beach - wish I stayed longer to enjoy the compounds and facilities.

Very basic room with simple, minimalist flooring and walls. The tiled floor is retro - but feels cold and lacking cosy feel. Balcony door has no lock.

low end hotel, definitely not four stars

it is a beach hotel, which means, one can actually walk to beach, just across the street and a few hundred meters away

it is clearly taken over from another previous brand, poorly refurbished and very plain; rooms are sparsely decorated (not even curtains, just a blackout) and worn out carpet runs down corridors and hallways; awful music plays nonstop at the pool area

extremely disappointed. never again

The hotel lobby and restaurant seemed to have been refurbishe d but everything else is ok, neglected, sometimes disgusting as the carpet on the corredora. the pool area is really uninviting and after one night we have moved hotels.
