Por decir algo que se podría mejorar,.la Terraza tiene una pequeña piscina pero ninguna tumbona o hamaca.

Prima hotel, goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding en heel vriendelijk personeel.

Een leuk klein gezellig hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Beetje ver van de metro. Maar bus en tram waren wel dichtbij. Jammer dat de rooftop bar dicht was.

Clean, spacious rooms, great location. Easy checkin and staff was very helpful.

I got a great last minute rate. Hotel room was spacious and clean; checkin process and staff excellent.

I came in late and needed to sleep in a bit, a lot of noise from other guests in the morning

La professionalità impeccabile del sig. Manuel della reception che con modi ineccepibili e cortesia ai massimi livelli ci ha risolto dei problemi legati alla posizione camera e si è reso disponibile per ogni nostra richiesta. 10 e Lode per i modi e la competenza dimostrata, classico esempio di quando la persona fa la differenza.

Spędziliśmy fajny pobyt w Walencji, hotel bardzo sympatyczny. Jest to raczej butikowe miejsce wiec na plus.

Świetna lokalizacja, bar na dachu to miły dodatek.

Great location, nice base for a long weekend.

Great location, decent room. Staff were really helpful with any queries including having our air con turned down and missing towels. Read alot of complaints about noise, there is some and you can hear other doors slamming (4th floor) but not people and zero issues from the bar upstairs.

A couple of days the towels smelt abit musty but nothing major!

Great location and lovely service.

The staff were lovelly, prompt service and very accomodating. The pool and roof top seating area was great for relax and waiting to check in.

The shower space was a small with the disabled seat that wouldn't fold up. Air-conditioning I'm my room wasn't sufficient with the summer heat.

Really good

Fabulous staff on reception, so friendly and helpful. Big room, big very comfy bed. Location was really good. Rooftop bar was lovely, didn't try the pool or breakfast. Would go back again without hesitation.

Good, but some improvements would help.

Location is excellent, the hotel is generally nice, with rooms well equipped and fairly quiet (on our side anyway). Breakfast is reasonable, maybe not great but the ladies are nice, there is freshly made coffee, etc. Internet connection is good, fast and stable.

Cleaning staff performance could be better. We asked for liquid soap, as it was gone Wednesday morning and we never got any till Saturday, despite asking both cleaning staff and the reception. A bit more variety during breakfast (some vegetables maybe) would help. Quality of orange juice during breakfast is bad, its clearly artificial and heavily sweetened,

Perfect location, accommodation and welcome.

Breakfast - wide variety of fresh cold and hot food with fruit and excellent drinks.

Noisy road outside so take ear plugs. No other problems at all!

Nice hotel

Room was very clean and comfortable. The reception staff were helpful and very friendly. Very close to the old town and all the sights.

Room was a little noisy with traffic and a busy road directly outside. Probably won't bother you unless you're a light sleeper.

Hotel is in an excellent location for the old town / Barrio de Carmen, very clean and well presented modern decor and furniture, staff professional, helpful and very friendly, breakfast was excellent - we had a lovely stay

Exceptional

High ceiling, nice location, old building. There is a terrace and a pool that we didn’t use, as it’s winter. Nice buffet with good price. Cosy reception area. We were allowed to leave our bags till evening after check-out.

The hotel is located near the Turia park and the centre, the breakfast is neat and the staff, starting with Arantxa, are very polite ☺️

Easy comfortable and welcoming

Location was excellent couldn’t be better in el carmen. Staff were lovely and we were upgraded to a room with a view! Thank you so much

It’s an awful pity that the upstairs outside bar area is not open through out the year as it is mostly dry and warm enough. Please keep this open all year.
