The room and bathroom were very big. The bed was very comfortable.

The towels were super old and used, the hair dryer didn’t worked, the shower didn’t worked and the bath tub had some holes in it… The liquid soap was the cheapest one from the supermarket, I didn’t expected that in a 4 stars hotel. The service was not the best, it felt like we were bothering even though we were just requesting what was missing from the room (towels and functional hair dryer)

The location of the hotel is very good. It is a 10-minute walk from the Blue Gate. The parking is very convenient. When you check in, the boss gave you mint tea The century-old building has a very distinctive riad, the rooms are large, and the interior decoration has a traditional aristocratic style. The breakfast is great, coffee, juice, milk, different flavors of bread every day, with a variety of jams, cheese. Breakfast in the hotel lobby is a treat. The price is reasonable, we booked for one day first, and stayed for another day later, it is worth recommending.

They gave us a room in the terrace and the bathroom was smelling terrible. I asked to change rooms and they gave us another one. The shower was terrible, no hot water.

The hotel is wonderful. I liked absolutely everything: responsive and friendly hosts, beautiful spacious clean rooms. I felt like I was in an Arabian fairy tale. I am very glad that I stayed at this hotel. Loved the wood carvings in the main hall and room.

The room was incredible. The interior design is magnificent and beautifully historical. The location is in the city center. Staying in this place makes you feel like royalty.

At night I was told the tea was caffeine free, but it wasn't, however it was very delicious.

That I stayed only 2 nights and left from this disaster

- Even though the Riad description says that there is free parking offered, in reality this was on a very narrow nearby street, controlled by a guy with a yellow vest who, according to the Riad personnel, is supposed to be there 24/7 to protect your car and control the traffic, at a price. Finally, our car got scratched and neither the hotel nor the street guy took any responsibility. - The Riad is a nice historical building, but it’s in a very bad condition not well maintained (cracks on walls, old furniture in unstable condition/broken legs), naked cables hidden by a wooden panel, water running in toilet, shower not working properly

This place was amazing! Gorgeous hotel with clean facilities and wonderful staff. I would definitely book again and recommend this place to everybody! (The breakfast was exceptional as well.)

amazing spacious rooms and very helpful staff. upon checking in, make sure that the taxi driver drops you off in “bab ziat” otherwise it will be a long walk inside the old city

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, offering tea and sweets upon arrival and storing my luggage during the day. The location can (almost) be reached by taxi, it's relatively close to the Medina but easy to find. The entrance hall and the rooms are beautifully decorated.

This was the least enjoyable stay during my trip so far. The staff, while being friendly, was actually quite pushy. I was urged to take a guide (which I did not want) repeatedly. They also asked to leave a good review. I guess it's hard to stand out with so many other places around. This can be a question of taste, I enjoy when things are more easy going. The room needs minor repairs and seems a bit run down. When the air-conditioning is switched off it smells damp and of sewer. I saw the ladies cleaning everything during the day, but several things were not clean (breakfast dishes, bathroom, ...) It was really noisy during the evening in the entrance hall, mainly due to the night shift watching things on his phone and making calls. In other Riads, people tried to be quiet out of respect for the other guests. Overall, there are plenty of nicer options around, especially if you consider the price you pay.

This place is absolutely beautiful. The staff were so accommodating and it wasn’t too far to walk to the main sights. Can not fault it

Hotel with stunning Moorish architecture. Spacious room with a comfortable sofa. All the facilities you need are there and the porter and the lady at the reception were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend booking in this hotel
