Room was clean and really big (semi-lux), comfortable table to work. Good breakfeast. Fast and stable wi-fi. Staff on reception was friendly and helpful.

If it is something that is good about this hotel it is stuff.

First of all, the hotel is messy, neglected. The rooms are spacious but very unclean, as is the bathroom. I was very disappointed with the accommodation, especially since I was traveling with a child. The carpet in the room is dirty, the extra pillow and duvets with huge yellow stains. The towels are nicely folded, but when you open it, you see a black spot on it. Glasses packed in cellophane and when you take them out, they are so dirty that you don't even try to wash them.One of the elevetors seems to be broken and in the room, every time someone uses it, you hear a very unpleasant sound. I'm not petty, but if it was just one of these flaws, I wouldn't be able to get over it. Especially the dirtiness.

I was given a great room, I really appreciated that. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. %100 staying there again when I return. It's a short walk to the centre street in Belgrade of about 10 minutes, you are also super close to the main bus station and not far to the airport. I was really pleased with my stay there.

Nothing really. Only thing was a little bit of cigarette smell seeping up I think from the lounge resturant area ground floor, I had a window in my room which I used to dispel that.

Everything was great! I did the changes in the booking twice because of family reasons, and guys from the hotel did them instantly. They even upgraded the room to some lux apartment and added a breakfast for free

What I liked the most was the perfect hotel service! Always responsive and friendly administrators will always help and prompt. Special thanks to the administrators Ljubica and Miloš!

Wonderful and helpful staff; they were very knowledgeable about Belgrade too. Restaurant had great local lovely food and coffee too.

The stay was booked for my mother-in-law and she was unfortunately mugged in front of the hotel. Money and passport were all gone! She was so grateful though for the staff at the hotel who helped her by calling the police, embassy, etc. So even when things didn’t go well, we were glad she was at a hotel where she was able to get help.
