This stay was amazing and we arrived in time to see the Sunset in the city, the view from their rooftop was something we will never forget, it was beautiful!
The location was great for our stay in the city and close by walking distance to every main spots, the beds were very comfortable.

Brilliant locality, lovely staff and the rooftop views are just amazing (did I mention they have a pool there?) Staff was very welcoming and treated us with some nice tea and sweets on arrival which was very much appreciated after a long journey.
Nothing to complain about! The dinner times and planning were a bit too rigid, but this is definitely due to us travelling at the end of Ramadan.

This Ryad was the best one we had on our family trip. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The location was great and they even found us a nice tour guide last minute. We got welcomed with tea and lovely Moroccan pastries. Loved it 👌 we strongly recommend 😀
Great breakfast but yet could be upgraded with fresh fruits and eggs.

Beautiful riad and amazing terrace
„Sahara“ room is very beautiful
Friendly staff
Very good breakfast
Strategically located
It can get very noisy at night
The Wi Fi never worked at all
Our first room had mold on the walls of the shower and our second room had hairs on the bed (all solved quickly by the staff)

fantastic location in the centre of the medina; the hotel is tastefully decorated; staff are super friendly, helpful and attentive; dinner was excellent
As we were there in April our room could get a little cold at night and dark. Heaters were available, so not a big problem!

The Riad is a wonderfully restored old house with a wonderful labyrinth of different rooms, all with their own style. The position in the medina is central and convenient (although if you're driving there by rental car then the nearest parking is a short, walkable distance away). The breakfast was pleasant and the staff were friendly, and overall this is a great place to stay and certainly good value for money. There are a few maintenance issues here and there (our door handle was falling off, the wifi was very poor), but these are not major overall. The pool was empty while we were there.

The staffs are friendly.
I booked a superior double room, but when I checked in, I found that the bed was very small, and there was no quilt that I never met before.I couldn't believe it. The room smelled musty.

The staff was amazing and the property is a beautiful riad!

The riad is amazing! It is located close to all the main sights of Meknes and many restaurants and bars. The staff were very friendly. The rooms are very beautiful. But the best part is the rooftop terrace. It is a huge terrace with view all around the city, places to lounge and a swimming pool.
Nothing.

This is mot, I'm afraid, a riad we could recommend. We are struggling to find many positives about the stay, even though it was one night. True, it was an absolutely traditional Moroccan riad with wooden shutters rather than glass in the windows, and with gloriously decorated plasterwork. A lot of time and money had been spent restoring it, but it could have been, perhaps, better spent on some of the basics. Breakfast was reasonable (orange juice, omelelte, pastries and jams), and the room and the riad in general were clean. Meknes itself was most attractive, and the Roman city of Volubilis was astonishing - that, you have to go and see! BUT....
... there were at least two severe problems.
Firstly, the heater only gave us cold air, even though it was set at 30! Clearly there was a heating malfunction. We noticed that the heating was on 30 when we entered the room, and, as soon as we arrived, we were offered a truly thick and heavy blanket. Eventually, when the temperature in the room reached 8, we went down to see what could be done. A small oil-filled radiator was produced - which stayed on full power all night - and a further blanket was also given to us.
The second major problem was the bathroom. It was impossible to have a shower without moving the toilet paper to the other end of the corridor, or it would have got soaked, there was barely enough room to sit on the toilet, and the tiles on the edge of the shower were so sharp, that I really barked my shin on them. There was no curtain to the shower, so the water went everywhere. We might not have had the same heating problem if we had gone later in the year, but this was unacceptable. Had we been due to stay for longer, we would have moved.
A shame, because it looked very nice, and was clean.

Good location, Good Breakfast.
WAY OVER RATED!!!!! First assigned us the wrong rooms compared to what we had booked, took some discussion to sort it out. Internet didn’t work or was poor when it did. Room was very dark poorly lit. Look around, better Riad options for the same price in the area.

Nice Breakfast
Poor internet, didn’t work most of the time. Have to pay in cash, the payment policy did not state this, left us scrambling for cash, then they didn’t have change.

The riad is beautiful and ideally located to see all the sights in Meknes. Our room was spacious. There was a space heater which proved much useful during the cold weather. Breakfast was good. The rooftop terrace looked like it would be amazing in the summer.
The room felt a bit worn out (could use a coat of paint, a drawer was falling off, the sheets had seen a lot of people and the blanket had a hole). It was also a bit difficult to understand who was in charge at the riad. All the staff was kind but it took me asking 4 times 3 different people for a hairdryer before I was given one.

great breakfast. the best in our 3 week Moroccan trip. nice and comfy room.
not much around for dinner.

The accommodation is just five minutes away from the parking lot. We had a big beautiful room. We were friendly welcomed with a tea and marocan cookies.
We had a big bedroom, but very little water was coming out of the showerhead. The're wasn't a hairdryer. But it was mentioned on the site.
When we explored the terrasse, we noticed that the pool was emptied, probably because of the winter period and cooler temperatures. Nor was there a possibility to use the hamman, also a reason why we booked this place.
During the night were there people who tried to open our door several times. It gave an insecure feeling that we couldn't lock the door very good from the inside.

Staff accommodated my request for a ground floor room after taking us up two flights of steep stairs.
Breakfast lacked protein.

It's in the Medina and you can walk from there to all the places. The breakfast was very fine and the stuff was helpfull
Because the Riad was build from 3 houses it's sometimes not easy to find your way to the room, but it's still very nice, at least not bad

EVERYTHING. The staff was beyond helpful, they even called taxis for us and walked us through the medina to meet the driver. Breakfast room was beautiful, and the tea and food were great. Our room was stunning and I know people complain about the beds, but I really enjoyed the firm bed and slept like a rock. It was so dark in there as well! And nice and quiet. Great location toward the edge of the medina so you don't have to walk far into it and risk getting lost.
Bathroom situation is a little odd but not too bad. No door to the bathroom, but ours was at least around the corner from the rest of the room so it felt private enough. Big open shower but had to use the handle as the shower head wasn't mounted above one's head. Minor thing though, still had a good hot shower!

The building (especially the rooftop) is exceptional. The rooftop is not only enormous, but divided into so many useful little sections. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very generous. Decorations typically superb throughout.

A lot of stais 😂
