Location, cost and room were adequate for a one night stay but probably not for a longer stay

The room was a little small but quite adequate for a one night stay.

Although it was not a cold day the heating in the room was turned up and we had to keep the window open to feel comfortable. Disappointing that a Greene King hotel did not have draught beer available: 3 handpumps but not with any beer.

Very uncomfortable and would not recommend

Not much. No cooling fan was in the room considering the room is not air conditioned, very uncomfortable nights, finally request for a fan, the fan supplied was a small cube heater. Guest comfort is no high on the establishments agenda, access to WiFi requires some very personal information, TV channels are totally unreliable,with no signal no reception.

I had a very pleasant stay.

Clean room in quiet, cool location. Comfortable bed.

Door from reception into motel was very heavy & did not close unless pushed therefore noisy when people returned late at night. One corridor was roasting hot because all the lights were on permanently & the radiator was on full which given the 30 degree temperatures was ridiculous & also wasteful economically & environmentally.

What I expected and needed for my travel. Very pleased and content

Option for proper cooked breakfast… Not that I took advantage of the facility but had planned to. My personal circumstances and timings meant I didn’t have breakfast but I had planned to and was pleased the opportunity was there if things in my timeframe allowed. I liked the cleanliness of my room and bathroom especially. I liked the bed…. Had amazing sleep both nights and after being home 2 days now, I still feel relaxed and refreshed from my trip away. I think I had value for money and got exactly the comfort and peace I hoped for of an evening. If the standard had been any less there would’ve been room for complaint…. It was a fair price and fair condition and service all round. Get what you pay for and I think an average standard was met. Not above and beyond and not below par… So I’m a happy customer. I had a great weekend with my motorcycle club and just enjoyed my time away… Easily pleased when the basics are met in a transaction 😁

Nothing I didn’t particularly dislike…. It was what I paid for and I didn’t expect or want 5star service so it was a good budget stay and very comfortable for my needs and requirement. I’m a heavy tea drinker so 2x teabags and 2x milk portions are a pleasant token gesture to settle in. The gent who worked there was fantastic and when asked he made sure I didn’t go without milk… I had already supplied my own tea and milk…. Milk went off and he got me plenty of milk packets to see me through the rest of my stay. Kudos to him. I had initial concerns about security of my motorcycle but parked under CCTV cameras and secured bike with 2 locks as well as steering lock and alarm. There was another biker staying there so we kept our bikes together. Our community has a pack mentality even if we are strangers to begin with. All in all I was very happy as a solo traveller and never see the point in criticism for the sake of being critical when something is perfectly ok and what it should be.

Superb

Plenty of Car Parking Space, Reception Manned when we arrived, Rooms were good, single was a tad small, but very comfortable, nothing to complain about, Breakfast was very good, Staff very Polite and Helpful. Area was very quiet and slept well.

Shower in single room was very small, but again did the job.

pleasant enough, busy pub in the evenings and a short walk into Dunstable. Heavily understaffed

check in was quick and hassle free, the room was clean and comfortable.

no extractor fan in the shower room, just a skylight that we couldn't reach to open. Lots of confusion over breakfast resulting in not being able to order. However this was clearly because they didn't have enough staff rather than the staff themselves who were polite and attentive.

Need sound proofing before I would go back

Clean

No sound proofing and kept away by floor above banging and bashing around until 3am. Then woken up at dawn by wood pigeons right outside the window. Awful nights sleep.

Very good

Parking super.

Breakfast is not included. The drinks machine inside the apartment didn't work. The device with drinks took the money, the drinks did not give out. The hotel staff promised return money. WE WAIT 2 weeks BUT MONEY IS NOT returned. I think ,hotel have responsibility to compensate drinks or money. STAFF DON'T DO IT.

Unfortunately the radiator wouldn't turn off ! (el scochio) 🥵 disturbing my sleep the first night.But I was transferred to another room the following day which was great..And had a lovely stay-thank you.😊

Better than expected for a pub chain.

Clean room. Free car park . Reasonably priced pub on site. Good pub food. Great offer on a bottle of wine.

More staff. Slight wait at checkin.

Nice rooms, quiet location and reasonably priced meals in lovely surroundings

comfortable, spacious and clean

breakfast not earlier enough for our needs with work. being able to get breakfast before 8 am ( Saturday) would be beneficial. vending machine needs maintenance as paid for but couldn’t obtain my drink as it stuck half way through the process and wouldn’t dispense the drinks bottle. told the staff and took my details to forward to the vending company.

Lovely room with a great location and parking on site

Room was great - had everything we needed and was very clean and tidy Great location close to the centre and ample parking available.

Had to wait a bit to check in as the pub was busy with it being an Easter weekend. Didn't distract from our stay and the staff were very nice and helpful.

Recently refurbished to a high standard, this hotel is good and reasonably priced

The hotel has very good facilities, with a large car park, bar and restaurant on site. Check in was very quick and the room was well apportioned, neat, clean and had tea making facilities. Very good value for money

The bed was a bit too soft for my liking, but that is a personal detail.

Good

Check in was fast. The rooms were very warm with radiators that actually gave out some heat. Loads of parking. Very quiet, never heard any other occupants.

Unlike most other hotel chains the beds were not made up daily or the rooms cleaned daily. The wait in the restaurant for a meal in the evening was around one and a half hours and the restaurant was not even a half full. However it was very good when it finally arrived.

Good nights sleep perfect if working away

Breakfast had a very poor selection on the morning I was there so for £9 was an expensive fry up and I had to pay for a coffee so for sleep was perfect but would give breakfast a miss next time Also didn’t have remote for tv in room 31 but could use buttons and bed and room was very comfortable and would happily stay again

Overall nice place to stay .I don't like crowds so didn't use restaurant. But food smelt nice

Warm and comfortable for a short stay

Good size and clean room with comfortable bed. Shower was a good temperature and strong. Free parking on site. Good location for my travels.

Breakfast was an extra charge in the pub - it was adequate but not the best quality. Bedroom doors also required slamming in order to close properly so was woken up often during the night as other guests came and went.
