Expensive and disappointing.

Matress was comfortable. Shower was very powerful. Staff tried their best but made a series of mistakes. Room was very quiet.

I had booked a double room, but when I checked in I had been allocated a twin (singles), in which the a/c didn't work. So I went to reception and asked if they had another room with the double bed I had paid for. With no objection they allocated a different room. This one was also a twin single. As it was 1am I could not be bothered to walk back to reception and ask for a 3rd, but correct room. The single beds were narrow even for singles. Carpets throughout the property are dirty and stained. Also in the room, there were stains throughout. The hotel is about a 8-10 min drive from the airport. The shuttle bus is infrequent.

Fabulous stay with clean room, pool, jacuzzi & steam room. Lovely breakfast and impeccable service.

Everything about it, the cleanliness of the room and pool, and service of staff was fabulous. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious. The jacuzzi and steam room was lovely too. All in all, a fantastic stay with my family

El hotel bien , la piscina no tanto

Estaba muy bien la habitación, era cómoda. También el desayuno.

La piscina estaba llena de niños dando cursos de natación que deberían haber acabado a las 18:30, una hora después allí seguían, y por supuesto poder relajarse fue imposible. No deberían anunciar que tienen una zona de relax ( spa, piscina y sauna) si luego lo tienen dedicado a niños

Not value for money.

The hotel is really clean and the swimming pool is lovely.

I didn't like that I payed for half board. I taught I would be getting dinner two nights but got a voucher for 25 pounds that you can only get a dinner one night. I was not told that the shuttle bus to the airport does not operate at the weekend and ended up paying 20 pounds to the airport in a taxi. Out of all the staff there was only one nice helpful one working in the restaurant.

Dinner not Satisfied

Good Buffet breakfast. Free shuttle bus service between hotel and train station(it's not available all the time). Bathroom facilities good. Liked the Gym and pool facility.

The family room was not spacious enough. They had one double bed and one sofa bed. We booked for half board facilities. But we were given a 50£ dinner voucher/day for a family with 4 people. The dinner menu was expensive with only few menu choices, which was disappointing 😞

Good location near to the airport and NEC conference building

Good and quiet rooms. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was busy; but good quality and convenient despite being busy.

During shows at NEC a shuttle bus from the hotel would have been convenient.

Nice place but they need to get rid of the sofa beds and get in single beds

Buisness stay.

Typical business hotel. Clean and comfortable; but no character. Near the NEC building and near the airport. Convenient when attending / visiting the show or for a stop over at the airport.

Due to many employees from the Landrover factory accros the road, staying over; parking is extremely limited / difficult. Not a good location when interested in visiting Birmingham City Centre; since it is a 20 min drive by taxi.

Not a great stay

The hotel was lovely & clean and great location

Unfortunately they had a work Christmas event at the hotel and our family room was right above - this went on until 12.30 early hours and was extremely loud. Plus we couldn’t use the pool as they had swimming lessons but wasn’t informed of any of this .

Very enjoyable-wil definitely stay again

The staff were amazing-they could not do enough-I requested a room change because of a noisy air con unit and they did it immediately-it’s a newly refurbished hotel so it’s modern-the food is excellent with prompt service-very enjoyable stay

The shuttle bus was not running and although it says it on the website it’s a little hidden so easily overlooked-however the staff were very proactive and covered the cost of a day pass on public transport

We booked this hotel because we were travelling with our children & the hotel had a pool, we even phoned the hotel to make sure we could use the pool, however it couldn’t have been further from the truth as they have a lot of swimming lesson going on daily therefore the pool is out of bounds & we didn’t get to use it once. Very poor communication

We had booked with the promise of airport shuttle availability. This was not available and we had to pay an additional sum for a taxi.

Poor accommodation for transfer to airport. Taxi arranged by front desk was requested to take credit card and only took cash. Unnecessarily complicated for being an “airport hotel.”

Served it’s purpose but insufficient parking

Large, tidy hotel. Very convenient for Birmingham airport.

Car park was totally rammed when we arrived late at night (just before midnight). Huge wedding party going on with much noise and shouting (and a proper fight!) … staff somewhat unapologetic although the shift manager kindly left to give me his car parking space.

Lovely room and bathroom.

On checking in the receptionist took my car registration and told me she'd included my parking for the duration of my stay in the total bill. I was charged but not given a receipt and have since got a parking ticket! Also on my checkout day the cleaner was in my room when I went to use it at 11am, I hadn't yet checked out as I was at a conference at the hotel and had wanted to use it at break time.
