Quarto, café da manhã

Temperatura do quarto instável, as vezes frio as vezes calor.

Um ótimo café da manhã, com pães, frutas, iogurtes e demais itens de um café britânico. O quarto tinha um bom tamanho, limpo, com diversas comodidades, e um ótimo banheiro. A localização é muito boa também. E tem muitos elevadores, ótimo. O hotel tem opção de restaurante com preços compatíveis. E o hotel está preparado para guardar as malas se necessário, sem custo ou qq complicação.

Não tenho do que reclamar. Mas tive dificuldade de controlar a temperatura do quarto. O quarto estava frio, tentei deixá-lo mais quente usando o controle da parede, mas não consegui. No final foi mais fácil desligar o ar no controle. Além disso seria interessante ter na tv os canais de futebol. Mas isso não foi um problema.

Ongoing building work with scaffolding outside the window made the room dark and noisy. Would have liked to have been made aware of this before we booked.

Pas de chaussons, pas de peignoir, pas de brosse à WC, pas de prise dans la salle de bain. Le lit d’appoint est trop court, les pieds dépassaient. On est resté 3 nuits et a aucun moment le sol a été nettoyé. (Nous l’avons constaté tous les jours car nous étions 3 filles avec de long cheveux noirs !

We could see that the toilet didn’t get washed. Not completely worth the price for the rooms.

Breakfast was great. Room ok.

Central location. Near to underground and amenities. 5 min walk to guided tours at Victoria coach station.

No slippers and toothbrush provided though it is a 4 star hotel, and not cheap.

Location for our trip was perfect and the hotel was clean, comfy bed and great shower. Food n drink was also good, but above all, every member of staff we engaged with was excellent.

We asked for a quiet room, but woken in the early hours due to industrial bins being emptied and train noises. Also the temp control and fan was difficult to use and loud.

Convenient location, though constructions area all around. Quite variated breakfast.

Very superficial cleaning of the room (especially bathroom), toilet sit was broken, toiletries finished and no one replaced, quite old towels, bad smell in the room (though it improved a bit after we complained), overall terrible customer experience: i.e. they ask for a deposit of 50 pounds/ person/ night and if you disagree they won’t charge you on the room for extras (i.e. breakfast) though they do ask room # for it. It’s all just counter intuitive and distrustful. Will not be choosing this hotel ever again, mainly for lack of staff training and superficial customer support.

The location was perfect for my activities while in London, close to the train station and not far off from my office.

Breakfast was well cooked with enough choice. Hotel was clean. Complementary cookies on arrival. Complementary water in the room.

Shower adjuster was broken so I couldn’t enjoy a relaxing shower, room heater/air con was broken and was making lots of noise, this kept me awake most of the night!!! Requested early check in didn’t manage to checked in until 8 minutes past 3 leaving me late for an appointment.

Location of the hotel is perfect for the purpose of our trip. It's only some minutes' walk to sightseeing places. Very convenient to get around by walk, train, underground and bus. Breakfast is good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good wifi.
