Insta worthy luxury and homely comforts at an affordable price with amazingly attentive staff.

The location was excellent, away from the busy town, but close enough for a $3 AUD taxi. The staff were extremely pleasant and attentive. The Villa was gorgeous, and luxurious, bed was very comfy. Was great to be able to swim in the pool each morning and night without the time restrictions resorts have on a main pool. Breakfast was plentiful and they were able to switch a few items to make a vegetarian breakfast for me.

There were a couple of mosquitoes in the room but complimentary spray and plug in were provided to assist with this. I also note that this is expected due to the location, traditional roof in villa (thatched), and the aircon wasn't as cool as we would have liked, but still comfortable. This didn't affect our stay and we would still recommend to friends.

Faultless stay, would highly recommend for couples.

Very relaxed atmosphere with friendly staff who are always happy to help. Lovely spa and great choice of food at both breakfast and dinner. Amazing villa with large pool, spacious bedroom, great bathroom facilities. Easy to get anywhere in seminyak as the Villa will assist you with their own transport or book a taxi for you.

Decking around pool needed fixing had old nails sticking up had to be very careful walking on it. Bed was really noisy everything you moved thought it was going to break furniture was old and had a stale smell. Breakfast was very average was extra cost for coffee . For the cost of the accommodation would say very poor..

relaxing in a quiet clean villa not far from all that you need.

nice and quiet villas not far from everything, the included breakfast had a good variety to choose from and was very tasty, the staff were very friendly. Villas cleaned everyday, pool crystal clear and just the right temperature. Showers in the villa were awesome, very powerful and hot.

the beds were quite hard, we asked for a mattress topper which they provided but was still a little hard. The aircon was a bit noisy at night. even though the tv had about 51 channels the quality of most of the channels were poor but i doubt thats the villas fault.

Worth it for what we paid, better resturant and clean pool would have made big difference

The staff were very friendly and accomodationg, aswell as quick to act with any needs we had. The location was good for the tours we were doing, and overall the villa was a nice room to stay in

The pool needeed cleaning and was quite dirty. Traffic in the Seminyak area made it hard to either leave or return to the villa via car in the afternoons making the trips much longer. The resturant was average, we ended up only having breakfast there and eating out at other resutrants for lunch and dinner that had better quality food.

Beautiful, relaxing stay with absolutely incredible staff!

The staff were outstanding. Honestly the most kind and beautiful people you will ever meet. Absolutely made out stay memorable! I also enjoyed that the resort was slightly out of the main area which made us way more relaxing and quiet, plus the taxi ride to the main strip was only about $2aud!

The only thing I didn’t love was the mattress. I prefer my mattress a bit softer and this one was definitely on the harder side. Not the end of the world though

beautiful villa, fabulous staff - would stay again!

Our villa was very clean and extremely comfortable, with a beautiful Balinese feel to it. We loved the privacy of having our own pool as well. It was a little out of the hustle and bustle of Seminyak which suited us well due to the time of year, we walked into Seminyak most days which is only about 2km. the staff were very welcoming, accomodating and the breakfast was good. We look forward to staying again on return to Bali.

Some things in the villa need updating like cupboards not opening etc. And the kitchen was not usable as no crockery

Loved the size of the villa and the pool. Staff always very attentive. Villa located too far out of the main area of seminyak with not a lot around at all although ride is cheap into seminyak

the stuff was very caring and polite. villa was comfortable and specious.

the pool was dirty. we asked the stuff to clean it but they just took out the leaves from the trees. spa was great but at that moment jacuzzi water was quite cold so we ended our spa treatment earlier. overall I think this wasn't 5 star villa experience.
