Majoituspaikassa on hyvät palvelut ja se on viihtyisässä ympäristössä. Hyvät ulkoilumahdollisuudet.

Nice environment with woods around. The hotel information indicates that pets are allowed in the hotel. We stayed in hotel Sveitsi 3 nigths. The first morning, we learnt that we had have our breakfast in the hotel lobby as we had a pet with us. There was no tables for customers with pets in the breakfast room.
The same day in the evening, when we came back to the hotel, we learnt that there was no room cleaning for customers with pets. I don’t know about hygien concept in Finland but it was very difficult for us to live in a room which was not cleaned during 3 days. When we did the check out, hotel reception asked 20 Eur per day for our pet. No room service, no room cleaning, eating in the hotel lobby, I would’t call this condition « pet friendly ». They only « tolerate » that pets breath hotel air and the cost for air breathed is 20 euros per day. We will never come back.

Large suite with two king comfy beds, nice sauna & bathtub. Friendly staff, nice swimming lap pools, great sport park for kids with lots of activities, movie theater, breakfast was good, dinner at Bear restaurant was also good with friendly service. We would go again!

More hangers on walls, for drying sports clothes. The only minor detail.

The hotel was located in the middle of nature, surrounded by excellent hiking trails, really liked it. We travelled with dogs and the hotel was perfect for us. Our room was spacious, sound proof, we slept very well. Good breakfast and dinner.

Absolutely nothing this was the PERFECT hotel !

Breakfast is excellent. Very complete and varied. Fresh fruit, juices, yogurts, scrambled eggs, sausages, salmon, bread... The location of the hotel is very good for those who like to be in the middle of a small and pleasant forest. The hotel offers free bicycles by appointment! A very nice indoor pool and a sauna!
Daily room cleaning could be a little better (clean the floor better).

Fantastic views, awesome amenities (pool and sauna) and exceptional staff.
A bit of a walk into the main part of town but beautiful trails make up for this.

Location, good parking including charging station
The staff was super nice and very helpful
Room had no windows. Well it did have a window, but it overlooked a in-house playground for kids. The window was 10cm from the kids climbing a rope. Some kind of pedophile heaven maybe, but this does not count as a window. It's dark and the air is not exchanging, so it has a dampen smell and you need to keep the door open few times a day to exchange the air.
Food is bad. Both breakfast and the Bear-something restaurant. I couldn't finish my steak, it was so bad.
Breakfast has only pourover terrible coffee, no coffee made out of actual fresh coffee beans.
I mean this was not insufferable experience. It was ok, and fair for some kind of middle-of-nowhere B&B. But when you expect to arrive at a hotel (and maybe even a 4 star one), __this is not it__.

Facilities were good. Breakfast was excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Window with an internal view was not pleasant. If you don't know what it means, make sure you find out. The only window in our room looked into the trampoline park area which was in total darkness 80% of our stay. No access to daylight at all.

Swimming pool area, gym.
Breakfast and restaurant food to a good standard.
Staff, cleanliness, etc all good.
Its a bit of a 'conference centre' for a family break. The room we had was very dark, over looking the kids indoor play area.

100% family friendly hotel. Having travelled a lot this was the most wonderful experience ever in terms of a comfy stay with a toddler. Small presents (like balloons during breakfast, a notebook with small felt pens, etc.) make young guests feel amazing and welcomed. Breakfast also has baby focused food (apart from regular adult assortment) and baby tableware, bibs, etc.The premises are designed to have a very pleasant stay with children of all ages including teenagers, the modern restaurant is also appealing. The territory close to the hotel has abundance of attractions and activities for families and we would highly recommend this hotel especially for family stays.

The hotel was pleasant, nice surroundings, decent enough comfortable room and plenty of fun activities to do. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor adventure park.
The restaurant has a cosy atmosphere and the food was really really good. Food was actually quite fancy with a lot of small touches that showed it was was all produced with care and attention. Staff were helpful and professional.
Their AeroGuest app was hopeless. When it became clear the mobile room key wasn't going to work (tried on both Android and iOS) we had to change our plans and race to the hotel before their reception closed. AeroGuest support said they would 'look into the problem', but that was days ago now...
We asked for a late check-out so we could enjoy more of their activities, but for €10/hour it was poor value for money so we skipped that.
In the restaurant no attempt was made to separate adults and well-behaving families with the rest. On both nights in the restaurant we were surrounded by unsupervised children who were allowed to run amok, colliding with servers carrying hot food, drinks and glassware etc. The restaurant permitted children that were seated to have their iPads and phones on full volume, watching TV shows and playing games whilst the parents could focus on their own phones. This ruined an otherwise superb dining experience.
On our second evening in the restaurant one of the unsupervised children that was running amok actually got lost. You can only imagine the pandemonium that ensued: shouting, screaming and tears. At the end of the evening it felt like I'd ruptured an eardrum.
One afternoon we took some drinks to an outdoor seating area and played some boardgames in the sun which was very pleasant. When we tried to repeat this a few hours later a member of staff challenged us and told that we can't take our own drinks to that outside area (there were no signs to the contrary, nor bar, nor table service etc - just some chairs outdoors). When we informed him that we had done exactly that a few hours ago he told that we "absolutely weren't going to be doing that again!" In all my years of travelling I think I've never been spoken to so odiously with so much contempt and hatred.
When we came to check-out, AeroGuest app of course failed at first on iOS but worked on Android.
