Buen hotel para quedarse cerca del aeropuerto.

El desayuno estaba muy rico y bien surtido, la ubicación es ideal para quedarse cerca del aeropuerto y las habitaciones están muy completas. Me gustó que tuvieran servicio de trasporte al aeropuerto.

Other than the temperature issue, we will happily stay there again when travelling from the airport.

Close to airport with very good shuttle service.

Dining room was very cold and uncomfortable during our mealtimes, evening meal and breakfast.

Slept good inbetween flights

Close to the airport and clean room. Airport shuttle badly arranged no help with storing the suitcases, so that was a big mess. Room is nice only expensive for what you get. Breakfast has good quality and choice. Aldo close to airport hardly no sound of the planes.

Hotel bom, mas precisa melhorar em alguns aspectos

Hotel muito limpo, moderno e confortável. A comida do restaurante é muito boa e a loja de conveniência dentro do hotel atendeu bem às necessidades.

Para um estrangeiro que não fala chinês, foi muito dificil conseguir chegar ao hotel a partir do aeroporto. As instruções no e-mail foram insuficientes e não consegui pegar o transporte que é oferecido. Além disso, fui cobrado de um valor diferente (maio) do que havia sido indicado aqui no site.

Ulkona vuodesta toiseen pauhaava pieni menuetti pianolla... Vois moisen metelin lopettaa. Tai ainakin vaihtaa sävelmää ja volyymiä vähentää. Ei tarpeellinen lainkaan eikä toimi houkuttelevana elementtinä.

1. Lage direkt am Flughafen. Wir brauchten ein Hotel am Flughafen. 2. gutes Frühstücksbuffet

1. Shuttle-Bus Hotel-Flughafen ist schwer zu finden und fährt nicht oft. Hotel ist nicht bereit, den Bus auch nur 5 min. warten zu lassen. Taxis wollen wegen der kurzen Entfernung nur ungern zum Hotel fahren. 2. Personal spricht kaum Englisch 3. Rechnung erstellen und ausdrucken war ein Problem für das Hotel

Goede locatie bij vliegveld, ga er van uit dat van werken niets komt

De locatie was lekker dichtbij het vliegveld met een shuttle bus de zeer regelmatig en op tijd rijd.

De netwerk connectie was niet goed en viel steeds uit. Ook VPN werd geblokkeerd zodat van nieuws lezen en werken weinig kwam.

Staff were polite

The shuttle was not good at all. I waited for half an hour at pudong late at night then had to get a taxi. Then the next morning I was there ready for the 8.00 shuttle but was told this was only taking to a Japanese airline so I had to wait until 8.30 or get a taxi. The room is clean but overall the hotel is very dated. There was also a heating/ air conditioning unit in the room which was very loud and didn’t actually do anything. Definitely will be looking for another airport hotel next time.

Overnight Airport Stay

Pretty much a perfect place for on overnight airport stay. Very good restaurant for Western and Asian cuisine, good breakfast and very handy shuttle for the airport. Room was also a good size and shower was great.

Not a 'big deal' but the music in the Hotel bar was terrible...well it was for a mid 50's guy but might be ok if 30 Years younger. Thatsaid, the beer and service were good!!

Pleasant

Good location for a transfer stay. Facilities are nice. Free shuttle bus there and back.

Almost no English was spoken, which is pretty wild for a hotel at the airport. I ended up queuing in one line for 20mins while they checked in two parties in front of me, only to be told I had to go to a different line because the counter lady didn’t speak English. This was also problematic because the shuttle bus information on their website is out of date, and also no one could tell me where to catch the shuttle bus from when I called three times. Overall a marred experience mostly due to this. All the food outlets close early and it’s hard to order room service after the flight since again, no one really spoke English.

Good location for flying out, but outdated

The location is convenient for flying out. The restaurant is open till late. Shuttle service is perfect

Rooms are outdated, bed is extremely soft, reception is quick, but very impersonal. No smile and no extra information

There is nothin around the hotel to do no shops . The staff were not to freindly. The bar was closed and I am still waiting for the extra sugar to be delieverd to my room

For those who are looking for accommodation near to airport this is great choice. They have free shuttle bus that drives you directly to T1 and T2 terminal. Room is nice and clean. There is a welcoming fruit and water. earplugs are also available in the room for sensitive sleepers. as the hotel is located near the airport runway, it is possible that the noise of the airplane may be more or less bothersome to some.

the check-in staff does not bother to share information related to breakfast, internet connection, contents that you can possibly use during your stay.

Poor from start to finish. my tip is to spend a few quid on a taxi and stay somewhere else. Taxis are not expensive and

location to airport.

run down and just a bit disfunctional. staff in restaurant had no clue and food was at best very average. They have a lot of work to do to get this hotel back on its feet before it could inevitably be closed.
