NIce, quite location, near to the main building with breakfast. Big restaurant, plenty of food with big choice.

Room was spacious and clean, if a little dated. Housekeeping attended regularly, towels regularly replenished. Nice pool, plenty of sun beds! . Very friendly staff, we liked that the hotel was small, it generally felt a lot more relaxed. We did attend the kids disco and evening entertainment at the sister hotel Esmeralda Park, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We stayed bed and breakfast, breakfast also served at the sister hotel a 10minute walk away. Breakfast was nothing to rave about and after a few days we realised it wasn’t worth the walk!
This hotel is SO noisy! Really let down what would otherwise have been a brilliant stay! The bar across the road has karaoke blasting until midnight, from early in the morning there is noise from wagons making deliveries and we could hear every movement from the people in the room above us! Not the hotels fault but would not stay again for this reason.

The hotel was lovely and clean. Pool area was kept clean and tidy.
Female lifeguard moved towels from any loungers which had been 'saved' but not used, this freed them up for people who couldn't get one.
Rooms were lovely and clean, linen was changed most days, but the beds were really hard and uncomfortable.

location, friendly staff, big pool and big balcony for drying clothes and eating outside.
breakfast can be had at 5min walk in the complex of another Inturotel hotel, dinner the same. no showergell/shampoo in bathroom. most of the others were a bit on the old side

staff were very friendly, and the pool was excellent. Rooms were clean and well appointed.
The air conditioning could have been a bit better, but it was exceptionally humid while we were there.

The location is great and the rooms are very spacious. The communal areas are also very good. You can access all hotels from the group that are nearby and their facilities - like the Adults Only swimming pool.
Some items have to be paid extra. Ie: Beach towels and the safe in the room.

Hotel is very close to restaurants, supermarkets and very nice beach with acces to nice pool. Comfortable apartment , clean and with a large balcony. Bus station nearby. Good choice for family with kids.
Furniture a bit outdated but with good functionality. Weird smell in the room in the first days at least.

very clean and the pool,area was very nice although we only used it twice.
I requested,if possible a lower floor room which we got it was right opposite the cleaners room as well as a road where laundry vans would come down quite early and it was really was noisy from 7am. Not great when this is one of the reasons you come away, which is to not have to get up early for your daily routine.

- small kitchen for cooking and basic equipement (pot, knifes, plates…)
- directly next to a karaoke bar -> every evening music until 12 o Clock
- we asked to change the room to the backside, staff told us they have no free rooms for the whole hotel, but on booking you could still book rooms

Easy access to the beach, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast is gorgeous! easy check in and easy check out, congratulations Esmeralda Garden ! You deserve 4 stars!

Fantastic location. Staff were fantastic. Helpful and polite. Very clean , liked the way staff just picked up rubbish if they saw any. They really care and took pride in what they do.

Everything was very clean from the rooms to the hallways, the pool area - everything was spotless.

Our children were thrilled to find that we were right next to Mallorcaland or Fantasy Park as I think it’s called now. There were many supermarkets and restaurants right there and the walk to Cala Ferrera or Cala Esmeralda was very short.
The computer system was ridiculously difficult for the reception lady, we waited over thirty minutes to get checked in as she was having to type everything in from scratch twice for every person!

Room was very spacious, overlooking pool, comfy beds, all kitchen amenities, best shower ever. Room cleaned 5 days of our week stay. Staff were so helpful and friendly, perfect location, close to bars, shops and restaurants, would highly recommend. Loved our stay and will definitely be back.

Property was super clean and cleaning facility was available everyday and fresh towels were provide everyday! reception staff Andrea was very kind and she suggested us many places to visit for example sunset spot, boat tours.
they all communicated well in english.
our only concern was pool timing as this was closing at 6pm we felt this was too early on holidays.
