Location is central and convenient - staff is professional and attentive. Rooms are cleaned promptly and throughly.

Adeline breakfast waiter was exceptional- it was such a treat to have coffee in the morning and have her attentive presence there- very much appreciated !

There was some noise from street musicians when I was in a room side facing the square - Moved rooms toward the back and it was wonderful- staff was very accommodating.

Amazing is every little way

The location is amazing but once inside you leave the hassle and bussle behind. Every member of staff was helpful, polite and kind.

Highly recommend - Brilliant staff

Location was perfect for what we wanted. Staff were superb. Nothing was too much trouble!

TV was not working in the room but was swapped very quickly. However, the stand did not fit on the table so was left pointing away from where you would watch it. Had to move a unit of furniture to actually watch it. Based on the noise (overlooking Leicester square), some earplug would have been a nice touch!

Attentive and helpful staff at breakfast and evening dining. Somewhat limited selection for evening dining, but flavoursome nonetheless.

My partner didn't rate the background music.

Excellent location!

The hotel location is the best! Transportation from Heathrow Airport to the hotel was so easy via Piccadilly Line. Moreover, you can go to many touristic areas by walking from the hotel. Furthermore, it was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable! Overall, my experience in the hotel was very nice.

Even though the quality of the breakfast is excellent, I think that there can be more choices for a five-star hotel. For example, in my opinion, there would be more cheese options. Also, the milk on the tables sometimes contains dust, therefore they can be serviced as closed.

Tea in morning was cold . Nothing in mini fridge No children friendly snacks. Drinks very expensive. No bubble bath . Only 2 toilet rolls.

Fantastic location with an amazing breakfast!

Top class hotel

Fabulous room in an excellent location for all the theatres. This was our second time staying here and it certainly won't be our last. I highly recommend. Breakfast was delicious and our room was really big with a large double bed and big (very comfortable) pull out sofa bed. Everywhere we wanted to go was within walking distance and the staff were all very friendly.

Can't fault this hotel, our stay was perfect.

Comfy, spacious, great location, incredible breakfast, attentive and friendly staff.

Easy to find, quiet, perfect temperature, amazing breakfast, very attentive staff, very easy check out and check in. Wonderful views from window. Fantastic shower. Super comfy bed. Nice gym. Affordable if going cheapest room and still spacious.

The room was a little too hot at first. There was chewing gum on the floor of the room. The TV was a little small. The bottles could have been more sustainable. Window cleaning happened at 8am. There was a £100 deposit for the room.

overall happy but will not repeat the visit

the location and the staff were more than helpful and friendly, especially Hashem, Ali, and Daniel from the concierge

the room was cold even with the heater on. Windows were not sealed and allowed cold air inside.

The bedrooms are now looking very outdated and are in need of refurbishment black mastic around the bath and i must say probably the most uncomfortable hotel bed i have stayed in

It was a very good experience and defiantly will have another visit next year.

The location is amazing. Staff are very friendly and supportive. The team at the resturant are all amazing and very friendly specially Sonia.

The hotel furniture is a bit outdated and needs refurbishment.

Great location, but the hotel can’t be a 5 star with the room we stayed in.

The lobby was lovely, staff were welcoming and friendly.

The bathroom in our room was very dated and unclean. The sink was not draining nor the bathtub. The room was disappointing for the price paid, even with the upgrade of a room with a view unfortunately.

Mediocre at best

Very central Nice view

The AC stopped working, and blew nothing but hot air, they said they were going to bring some fans for us, but never brought any. The 2nd to last day there was a puddle under in the carpet next to the door. Most likely from the AC, so we ended up walkinh with shoes inside the room. Tldr; Little helpful staff when there was a problem with the room

Very pleasurable

The bed was amazing , the staff could not have done more they were so helpful & friendly. It was smack in the middle of everything, not that you would know it was very quiet in our room

certainly not what I was expecting for $1100 AUD per night

great location Junior Suite was roomy.

no vehicle access to get dropped off or picked up, our driver couldn't find way in to hotel so we had to carry our bags for 200 metres to reception. Maintenance in the room was very poor, squeaky doors, large scuffs on walls from lounge chairs, coffee machine leaking, No inroom info for room service, phone had bad static, No Mini Bar but was advertised as having one,

Eine echte Empfehlung

Die perfekte Lage in Stadtzentrum. UBahn Station direkt aus Heathrow erreichbar und nur wenige Meter zu Fuß zum Hotel. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Frühstück war für die englischen Verhältnisse sehr reichhaltig. Viele Speisen können auf Wunsch vorbereitet werden.
