The staff and our room was lovely, nothing was too much trouble and we had a room upgrade as it was a special ocassion. The view was great and the lovely slice of birthday cake bought to the room was a lovely gesture. We ordered extra pillows and they were bought up to our room very quickly.
We found the breakfast very dissapointing. Every item for the cooked breakfast was only luke warm and no egg choices, apart from scrambled. The hash browns had clearly been there quite a while as they were barely warm and hard. For a Radisson, this is not what we expected.

Pretty good location for the price of the room. We could easily walk to many sites and if we had been given the Transit Map when we checked in versus the last day (both our & staff’s issue) we could have taken better advantage of the subway in getting about. Since i was traveling with my daughter it was great that we could each have our own bed! Many other hotels only had single bed options.
Unfortunately the first room we were in had a major water issue when the room above had either a toilet or shower problem - it was raining in our bath and we had to be moved - but not at 5:15 am when the rain storm started! The night manager was very nice about the situation and said he would have gotten us another room but i said no to moving in the middle of the night.

Top-Lage, das Britische Museum liegt in Sichtnähe und nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt ist man in Covent Garden und im "Theater-Viertel". Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind schnell erreichbar.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist tadellos und reichhaltig, der Service sehr aufmerksam.
Obwohl zentral gelegen, sorgten die guten Fenster dafür, dass kaum Geräusche in das Zimmer drangen, es war herrlich ruhig.
Ein wirklich großes Bett (2 Meter breit und lang) mit guter Matratze und einer sehr großzügig bemessenen Bettdecke trugen zu einem sehr erholsamen Schlaferlebnis bei. Fazit: Genügend Platz und kein Kampf um die Bettdecke.
Der großer Flachbild-Fernseher war sehr angenehm zum Schauen.
Safe, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Kaffeekapselmaschine rundeten das Serviceangebot ab.
Jeden Morgen/Tag wurde uns Mineralwasser ins Zimmer gestellt.
Zahnputzbecher, Tassen und Gläser waren nachhaltig und keine Einwegprodukte.
Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Eine Überraschung war der große Regenschirm ☔, der im Schrank hing und als Geschenk 🎁 des Hotels für den Gast ausgewiesen war.
Leider bestand das Bett auch noch aus einem massiven Holzrahmen. Dieser war so dunkel und stand so weit vor, dass meine Frau diverse Male davor gelaufen ist - mit der Folge von blauen Flecken. Hier wären abgerundete Ecken sehr empfehlenswert.
Den Föhn hatte sie im Bad erwartet, er lag aber im Schrank vom Schlafzimmer, war sehr groß und schwer. Der Stecker passte nicht in die Steckdose im Bad, Haare wurden daher im Schlafzimmer geföhnt.
Sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig ist auch, dass selbst in einem Hotel dieser Stern-Klasse keine Toilettenbürste im Bad verfügbar war. Der Grund ist, wie wir erfuhren, um unsachgemäße Nutzung 🤔 zu vermeiden. Die entsprechende Reinigung der Toilette oblag daher dem Reinigungsservice.

Good location for theatre land with a short walk, comfortable room friendly staff
On arrival afternoon the bar: restaurant was closed for a private function, while we could find somewhere nearby it would have been better to have be aware of this before arriving or on checking

The reception staff at this hotel provided an experience beyond anything I have encountered in all my travels. They are incredibly helpful, friendly, and competent. The hotel boasts a fantastic central location, close to all necessary amenities. The room is of a decent size, though the furnishings are not the newest, they are still in good working condition. We encountered an issue with the shower, but the staff promptly resolved it within a few minutes, even at 10 p.m. This is a level of service I have not experienced in any other hotel; usually, they would make you wait until the morning.
The breakfast is delicious, offering a wide range of choices. Another positive detail is that during breakfast, you can easily grab takeaway tea or coffee and some pastries.
Since I had a night flight, the reception helped me find a solution to make my day comfortable. Overall, the service is excellent, and I will definitely return when I am in London.
For the breakfast I recommend avoiding peak hours. When we arrived on a Sunday around 10 a.m., the place was packed, and there wasn't enough seating. The staff seemed stressed. I ordered pancakes, but they brought me French toast with bacon without confirming if it was okay to replace it. As a vegetarian, I had to reject this substitution. They apologized and brought me something else, ultimately resolving the situation. For a peaceful breakfast, it's advisable to come outside peak hours.

-lit très petit en largeur comme en longueur
- isolation de la chambre très mal faite il y a un gros jour sous la porte et on entend tout le bruit du couloir

Booking in was great, offered an upgrade without requesting it - we did want a twin but only got a king reception offered an additional bed, but when we saw the bed it was big enough to share with daughter. Breakfast great choice, service was super. Shower great water pressure and selection of shampoo, conditioner and shower gels. Very quiet at night, with a selection of pillows. Rooms made up daily, with bottle water left each day by bed. Location was extremely central easy to walk everywhere (bring comfortable shoes).
Couldn’t work the air con - turned it off at night to sleep and in morning could not get it to heat room again - did not take away from trip or stay

The room was excellent and surpassed my expectations. Breakfast was very good although I thought the height of some of the chairs and tables ridiculous - they looked as though they should have been in a nursery school. However, the staff always found me a good table and were very efficient.

On arrive et la chambre n'est pas chauffée, il faut donc attendre un bon moment dans une chambre plutôt froide et humide.

à notre demande.
le lendemain toilettes coulaient non stop, nuit et jour, le service de maintenance est intervenu à notre demande aussi rapidement que possible mais avec un succès relatif puisque ca a recommencé le lendemain par intermittences.
Dans notre chambre premium , pas d'espace de travail pour poser un ordinateur , pas vraiment un problème pour certains .

We booked 1 twin and 1 double room. When we arrived a big show was made that 1 room was being upgraded to one of the best rooms in the hotel and indeed one of the rooms appeared to be a suite. However the other room should have been twin beds, but was a double. Nothing had been mentioned about our rooms not being what we requested when checking in. It was as if they were trying to distract us with the upgrade. We called reception to be told they were fully booked and couldn't move us. Strange how not 5 mins earlier they had moved one of the rooms to a suite. They offered another duvet to put down the middle. Whilst it was lovely to be upgraded on one of the rooms, we would have preferred them to have been honest when checking in and would quite happily have kept the rooms we reserved.

Made a few small requests at front desk, more towels and toilet paper that they did not respond to. Also we requested at cab to be ready for an early run to the airport at 3:45am the next day and they did not have one ordered for us. We were able to get an Uber but was irritated by the lack of service.

I arrived at 11pm to be told (after checking in via the app) that I didn’t have a room!!! I was moved to another hotel at around midnight only to be told there that they could only accommodate me for 1 of the 2 nights I had booked! so my relaxing 2 days away were now spent carrying my luggage between meetings, being on hold for 50 mins working out where my second night would be. This was now back at this original hotel where on arrival I was told I’d been upgraded! I dread to think what my original £400 a night was for as the upgrade was the size of a broom cupboard! Freezing cold room, really noisy from street noice to room on my corridor whos door was going none stop. A terrible experience, not worth the money at all, stay at a premier inn!

The welcome we received from the staff on reception was wonderful. They were so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to ensure we were happy .

We loved having adjoining rooms with front lock-able hall door so we could go back and forth and visit.
The restaurant was excellent!! Ate there twice
bathrooms were pretty small and having to get in and out of the tub to take a shower was a little difficult for an older person like me. Walk-in shower would have be safer.

Room very tired, lots of broken blinds and plugs, asked for twin beds but got one king and a camp bed so had to share a bed with my cousin. Not good enough as ‘sofa bed’ was single and had springs you could feel through the mattress
