Breakfast was really good

Food facilities on a Sunday evening limited.Nothing for gluten-free guest

We booked two rooms and both were as described. great location and good breakfast. Secure parking and stay.

We liked everything.

Comfortable, warm

Water heater (?) heard thro back wall all night. Would have been better if stars had been de-iced.....!

Easy access on way to Alps. Usual campanile rooms Think Travelodge- 2 but great value for money in France do you can’t complain

Nothing really staff great wifi worked and when you pay what you do you don’t get the Ritz

Just used as a stop overnight and it was clean

Booked 3 rooms and we were nowhere near each other, a bit disappointing

Having stayed in this & other Campaniles in the past it was all good as expected.

Rooms are simple but comfy.

Receptionist nearly made me pay twice for the room..Once with booking.com and once at the Hotel! In fact she only wanted me to pay extra 1€ for the overnight tax. This should be detailed in the booking that you may be asked for more! Room was very cold despite temps going down to 4° last night.

We were a bit disappointed my daughter forgot her jacket there, we emailed them straight away, but they never text or called back. We called them many times a lady pick up the phone saying no English. Well what can we do now.

Nice size room ( we were given a family room) and bathroom with plenty of towels. Kettle with tea, coffee and biscuits in the room. Good choice of things for breakfast .

Our room was round the back which meant it was dark , felt a bit oppressive.I’m sure if we’d had one overlooking the front it would have had a much better ambiance. The room was basic and a little tired.

Convenient location. Excellent welcome and friendly staff.

we usually use Campanile in Pontarlier as a stopping point going to Switzerland and Italy from Belgium. We like it because it is reasonably priced and the rooms are larger that the ones at other economy hotels.

snow had fallen a few days before and access was therefore more difficult.

Great comfortable beds, electric teapot in room with coffee and several teas, comfortable rooms, amicable staff.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean breakfast was okay

Insufficient towels Exterior shabby ….in particular the rear staircase which needs serious rejuvenation

Location in industrial area. Breakfast could be better, because it was to much straight french. No thought on what other Europeans would like.

The location and the price per night. Beds was good. Not too noisy

The room was humide and no possibility to dry wet clothes. Very poor choices at breakfast
