A lovely small hotel - excellent and caring people - and a GOOD beakfast
Parking is quite some distance away (at least when you are very old) - but manageable

Staff was nice. Location was very good - 5 min walk to the beach. Tranquility during night. Parking was available in the road in front of the hotel but with payment - expensive for full day.
No elevator. No fridge in the room. Stairs were really tight - couldnt get the stroller up.
A bit expensive for begining of May as off season.

Narrow winding staircase leading to big apartment - clean, comfortable and spacious. Except no tea coffee facilities. But Monsieur Guillaume was able to provide hot water. We were very appreciative in him allowing us to store luggage before check-in, and after check out. (despite no luggage storing guidelines) TQVM Guillaume!
One double bed was a little soft.

Super friendly owner. Location was great. Nice breakfast and excellent value for money.
Check is a little late which we didn’t mind but we then had to wait for quite a while since everyone wanted to check in at the same time.

Friendly and helpful staff, excellent shower facilities, nice garden and beautiful traditional building. There was up/on load your for the luggage across from the hotel. Car could only be there for that purpose.
No internet in my room. Had to go downstairs and that room was locked at 8 pm. Poor parking facilities and all is paid parking.

Perfect place to stay while in Etretat. Main city parking and seaside is ~5 minutes walk away. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated with a small balcony facing street. Simple but nice breakfast.
There was no air conditioning in our room so I imagine it could get quite hot in summer. But as we were visiting during spring it was fine for us :) it would be nice to have a boiler in the room to make some hot drinks.

The hotel staff is very attentive to prepare a map showing the recommended restaurants.
One suggestion : It's better to ask your clients who will live in the hotel more than one day if you want to do the room cleaning, because I couldn't find the "Do not disturb" door hanger.

Charming, older but well maintained small hotel. Was a perfect stop on our quick tour of Normandy. The gentleman who checked us in recommended two restaurants that were excellent - that was a huge plus!

For end September is quite quiet, but for summer holidays should be very noisy. And you can hear the people walking on top of your ceiling.
