Excelente experiencia

El desayuno muy bueno, variado pero si puede mejorar en qué que algunas verduras quedan mal cocinada,, pero eso no quita la calidad

La intensidad de los botones por la propina, no disimulan, son muy atentos pero es incómodo en la propina, uno sabe que les tiene que darle.. pero me preguntó acaso no les pagan por ese trabajo.. Capacitación a las niñas del aséo en temas de limpieza y falta un supervisor, ya que mi habitación tenía un poco de polvo, peor es algo de detalles de poner atención

No Complaints

The Hotel is an convenient area. Our Room was huge and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent.

Vacionando.

La ubicacion.

Estuve en la habitacion 531, buena habitacion, la atencion el restaurante mala experiencia, se lo comente ala señorita del Front Desk,llegue y nadie me atendio mientras llegaban otros despues de mi y si fueron atendidos,la verdad la atencion del equipo del desayuno no muy cordial hasia mi persona, quizas por mi color de piel, despues pidi un servicio de lavanderia,cuando vi que paso 1 dia, me aserque a recepcion y me responden que no paque, si nadie no me cobra como hago, ala salida quisieron cobrarme cuando yo ya habia cancelado todo, room service y lavanderia, yo viajo cada 2 meses a Bogota y honestamente fue mi peor experiencia.

Buena estadía, el impuesto del 19% no se cobra en el precio de Booking

Me gustaron las instalaciones, la habitación era muy amplia, bonita, cómoda y limpia, el desayuno también muy rico era tipo buffet y había varias opciones, me gustó mucho que es la primera vez que en un hotel de Bogotá que encuentro opción de leche de soya y leche de almendras, el personal también muy atento

No me gusto, que en la página de Booking al reservar decia un precio de 221 cop +incluido impuesto e IVA, pero al llegar nos dijeron que eran 270 porque ahí no se incluía un impuesto de turismo que es del 19% para colombianos y extranjeros residentes, es la primera vez que me pasa esto y reservo en Booking una vez por semana, siento que sería bueno que esto saliera en el precio final, así uno se ahorra el disgusto de que sea otro precio y el hotel también explicando siempre esto y le ahorran el disgusto al huésped, luego vi que había llegado un mensaje con esta información, pero aún así como dije es el único hotel que maneja este impuesto por aparte, es mejor ser claros con el precio completo desde el principio

Excelente opción para hospedarse en Bogotá

Definitivamente, lo mejor del hotel es la atención del personal, se nota que todos se esmeran porque uno se sienta cómodo. La ubicación del hotel es excelente y la habitación es muy cómoda. El hotel es muy elegante y tiene una terraza con una vista increíble de la ciudad. Volvería a repetir en el hotel Radisson si volviera a Bogotá.

Todo fue perfecto, por decir algo, los productos de aseo personal que brindan son limitados, pero si uno pide inmediatamente le dan más productos.

Muito agradável

O café era muito gostoso, tinha várias frutas locais e alimentos diferentes. O pessoal do hotel foi muito gentil conosco, treine bem o seu espanhol, nem todos funcionários falam inglês, mas os recepcionistas falam caso necessário.

I will stay again, and again.

Love the location and the breakfast is a nice buffet and is opened early in the morning. This is the third time my husband and me have been there. It is very close to the Zone T.

Will not stay again which is said because it such a nice property

The hotel building itself is nice and the restaurant is nice.

The front desk staff, security, and one or two of the main restaurant staff. I completely get that it is bogota and “certain women” can be attracted to gringos let’s say.. however, I am a doctor and my girlfriend, who is a renowned Colombian doctor who works with the president himself, were repeatedly harassed by security even though she was a registered guest in a two person room as other couples (same race couples) were allowed to walk right through and to the hotel. Looked a lot like continuous targeting because it was a white man and Latin woman. Apparently a “free breakfast” can not be given to take up upstairs, even though I came down stairs to get it/prepare it myself. Also had to ask and argue with the staff over simply having a real large coffee cup for my morning coffee instead of the very small two sip to go cups they had even though I told them I would be having my coffee in my room. And if all this wasn’t enough… I then had to argue with the hotel manager at check out because they wanted to charge me taxes, which the Colombian government website clearly states I do not have to do on a tourist visa, claiming “it was mandatory no matter” with no care of their own government laws and that “it wasn’t really that much money so just pay it” coming from the managers own mouth. Needless to say my friend who is a VP of global operations at Raddison hotel groups, did not have pleasant report when I played golf with him in Miami a few days ago. Serious training in customer service, laws and regulations, proper treatment and harassment prevention is needed in this property.

Too old, too noisy too dirty.

The breakfast is good.

The rooms are very very very dated, old and nasty. If you want to sleep, do not come to this hotel because you can hear literally everything the whole night. We didn’t sleep at all, at night the noisy guests and early in the morning the cleaning staff that was joking an laughing loudly. Horrible.

Would not recommend.

The staff and the food at the restaurant were great. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. Also the taxis at the hotel were really friendly and nice, especially Yamid and Hernando.

The staff at the lobby were not very nice (they seemed angry) and there was only 1 recepcionist at a time. We asked for rooms close to each other about 3 weeks in advance and they located us in different floors. At the room, we had to turn on every lamp separately (4 lamps), there's no ceiling light, it was kinda romantic but inconvenient. The view of our room (713) was the building next door so everyone at the other buiding could see through our window. The safe was not reseted so we could not use it (they fixed it later). The room temperature was nice sometimes but there's no temperature control so when it got too warm we had to open a small window. The shower head was very low, my husband is a little over 7ft tall and had to crouch to fit. We paid extra for a space for a business meeting and there was no wifi (this was 4 hours, no wifi). The manager, Diego, was very nice but there was no solution or gratuity for any of the problems we reported.
