Wir haben ein sehr großes Zimmer nach hinten raus bekommen. Im 5. Stock hatten wir vom Balkon aus auch Meerblick. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgesprochen gut, mehrere Brotsorten, Schinken, Käse, Gemüse, Eierspeise, Würstchen und Speck, auch süße Aufstriche, Joghurt, Müsli sowie frisches Obst. Ganz besonders viele und sehr gute Kuchen gab es auch.
Über das Personal kann man nur Gutes sagen. Die gesamte Crew, besonders Federica und Alberto von der Rezeption waren immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Es gibt einen Privatstrand des Hotels, den wir aber leider nicht nutzen konnten, da wir einen kleinen Hund haben, der dort nicht erlaubt war. Der Strandabschnitt im Strandbad Lungomare, wo Hunde gestattet sind, ist etwas weiter entfernt, sodass wir das Auto gebraucht haben, da es für meinen Mann mit Krücken zu weit war. Trotzdem muss man sagen, dass das Personal im Strandbad sehr freundlich war und die Getränke und die Snacks sehr moderate Preise hatten.

החדרים בסך הכל די ברמה בסיסית אבל מאוד נקי ונעים. ארוחת הבוקר מצויינת והצוות מקסים ואדיב. גם הצוות בקבלה מאוד אדיב ומסביר פנים. ביחס למחיר המלון ממש מצויין ועונה על כל הציפיות. הים קרוב ויש בריכה ליד הים. שיט לונציה משם זו גם חויה נחמדה מאוד.
היה ממש חסר מקרר קטן בחדר.
והמזגן לא עבד.

Good stay, good location - near the beach. Clean rooms and bathroom (we had a connecting room). Friendly and helpful staff (at reception).
Pool was outside the hotel. Needed swimcaps to use the pool, what we did not now before arriving. Extra costs for the beach an the parking.

I loved the staff. Everybody was so kind and friendly that it made our stay so pleasant. The beach was clean and the area is surrounded by restaurants, bars, amusement parks.
My car had an issue and the staff came to my rescue in less than half an hour. It was just an amazing service all around.
Since the hotel is in situated near public spaces, the street noise can be a bit intrusive if you want to have an open window. The good thing is that they installed good isolating windows and doors.

The room was perfect for a family-of-four.The staff was supe nice, specially the waitresses and the waiter by the breakfast, specially one guy and one girl who were the best, they knew what kind of coffee I liked-but they didn’t had to know it. They were just really nice. The location was also perfect. The hotel stuff gave us free beds and umberlla on the beach, because we stayed longer, but I don t think it s fair to people who book their rooms here on booking, cos normally they don t get it. I think they should:) but everything else was perfect, and we ll be definietely back!

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff is super friendly.
Breakfast is wonderfull.
The beach is very near.
Pool is included in the price. The lovely city of Chiogga is only about 2 km away and we highly recommend it!!!
The lack of a mini fridge in a room and the fact that you have to pay for the sunbeds on the beach.

Hotel has perfect staff and we felt absolutely welcomed. Special thanks to our nice cleaning lady Christine :) In overall hotel is fine and I would give it 7/10 but it is 9/10 considering value.
It is really necessary to require swiming caps in outdoor leasure pools in 21st century? Honestly I haven't met with this requirement in outdoor pools all accross Europe but it seems to be regional thing as I saw people with caps also in other hotels pools in Sottomarina. Please upgrade your pools if filters can't take some hairs.

This hotel got renovated quite well - from the outside. The rooms clearly show you the true age of the hotel. So do not expect a fancy modern bathing room.

The breakfast was so good......i love the fact that there were variety of food...... and the staffs are amazing,friendly and accommodating. I will definitely choose the hotel over and over again!
The only thing i didn't like was the foam, it's was abit too hard.

Breakfast is amazing! Staff very kind and helpful, they spoke English and gave us discount tickets to local restaurants. There is a microwave oven for customer use at ground floor. Very easy and fast access to the beach. Room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed. We received a crib for the baby, that was also very confortable. Will definitely return!

Hospitality service was great. Always ready to help (good advises, discounts for restaurants, places to visit). Cleaning service in the same great level. From our room on 4th floor we were able to have a beautiful view to the see and the beach. Big bonus is a swimming pool (big enough and also equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers) We've got a lot of shops nearby (food and stuff for life), restaurants. As far as I know there are two parking places (underground and near the beach).
A bit loud because of the big street and construction of a new building close to the hotel, but only during the working hours.

Our kids were happy with the play room inside the hotel. The staff is very friendly.

The hotel was in a good location., minutes from the sandy beach and with easy access to all the local facilities. There were bus stops close by to Venice and Padua and secure parking (paying). Breakfast was extensive and very good and the discount vouchers for local restaurants for dinner were useful. The reception staff spoke English and were helpful and well informed ; all the other staff, cleaners and in the breakfast room, were very friendly and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the balcony from our room on the fifth floor had a good view , although there was some noise from the street.
The rooms were very clean but some looked in need of updating. The TVs had no English channels which might be a problem for some people.
