Nice hotel, just the location is not that convenient for travelers

It's really nicely designed hotel, unique place. Everything is great, except location. But I liked it, because thanks to that I discovered some hidden gems in the city.

1. 방이 너무 건조함 2. 샤워부스 배수 상태가 좋지 않음. (욕조 없음) 3. 역까지의 거리가 애매함. 캐리어 끌고 다니기엔 힘든 거리. 1. 部屋が乾燥している。 2. シャワーの排水具合が良くない。(湯船ない) 3. 駅までの距離が微妙。スーツケースを持って移動するには少し不便。

First Class price, economy experience!

The hotel has a great aesthetic from the outside. The lobby looks incredible.

I searched for a hotel near Haeundae Beach and got The Commodore as a suggestion. The room was small with stains on the floor. The air conditioner didn't seem capable of cooling the room. The shower had a small shower head that seemed to spray everything but the body. The refrigerator was so full of "mini bar" items I couldn't fit my own items. The restaurant and buffet was advertised but not opened during my stay. Parking was limited and there were little to no options within walking distance.

Good price, decent room and a tranquil getaway.

Good size rooms, easy check in and the sauna facilities were spacious and in good condition. Very close to Busan station.

The swimming pool was not open as advertised, and customer service from the staff should be better. The hotel itself was far away from many of the beaches.

Truly disappointing :(

The only thing I liked was how nice and attentive the staff is. The person that greets the guests at the very front is very friendly as well as the staff that works in the lobby.

It was really a very disappointing stay. When booking to stay at this hotel, I was quite excited because I had read the “great” reviews about this hotel. Almost all of them, if not, all of them said wonderful things. What also convinced me to stay here was the price I paid. Considering how the reviews both here in booking and on YouTube make this place sound like a very high end place, the price I book a room for was pretty pretty decent. BUT THEN!! Now that i’ve gotten the opportunity to stay here, I will honestly NOT come back here NOR will I recommend it. The room was dirty with a bunch of hairs on the floor. Not to mention the restroom was kind of nasty with even much more hairs all over the place. Even when I took a shower, I could tell the restroom hasn’t been cleaned properly in a LONG time because The shower place was beginning to get all flooded causing water to even come out of the shower doors making a big mess by the sink and toilet. WHY?! because the drain was dirty and full of hairs even under the floor thing.

The location was good and the building itself was super interesting.

It is an old building but ok. We asked people from front desk to help us to order something in Korean and they said they couldn’t do it!

Very good

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean everyday and toilet is clean. The hotel is located between two subway station and accessible by bus 43 from busan station.

The room is a bit dusty as there are no air circulation.

It’s a nice hotel but the location is a concern

The Hotel exterior and interior are very nice

You have to climb an uphill road or 100+ steps stairs to reach the Hotel if you will use public transportation.

Unusual style

Unusual style and good value for money

The restroom was a bit small. The hotel seems to be located close to the station but it is actually located on a hill so it's difficult to access by foot with luggage. Take the bus!

The palace looking gave a very aesthetic feeling. very traditional too with wood elements.

When we tried to find it on the map we took steep stairs to get up to the entrance of the hotel. it was exhausting.

great value in a first class modern hotel near the Busan action

great hotel. lovely modern spacious room. good pool near the action although a big hill to walk up. good breakfast Buffett good bar

some of facilities a bit wonky. not great ac and entrance light came on at 3am. had to get hotel mechanic to did onnect

Loved the look of the hotel and the staff were super accommodating. A beautiful place!

When travelling on ouvlic transport with luggage you have to tacle a huge hill on the way up. Not ideal especially cince there are steps involved.
