Comfortable room with good location and excellent service

Room was larger than other Japan hotel rooms we’ve stayed in. Good location. Staff very helpful.

Functional hotel with convenient location

Close to subway and only two stations away from Odori Park. It has a 24 hour convenience store just attached to the lobby.

Hotel is a little dated, the headboard of the beds were peeling.

Bedボードがボロボロ部屋の床にゴミが落ちていた。ゴミ箱が前の宿泊者のゴミがそのままだった。浴室の床が髪の毛だらけでとても不潔だった。前の月に宿泊した時の忘れ物が勝手に捨てられていた。

Ibis Styles Sapporo is very good value for money.

Location is ideal as it's in a relatively quiet place near Nakajima-koen station but near enough to Susukino which is a ten-minute walk from the hotel. Love having a Lawson store downstairs - it even had a post box so I just mailed my ETC card and pocket wifi there. There is also an ATM and money changing machine for everyone's convenience. Restaurants and car rental shops are within walking distance. Our room is also spacious for Japanese standards. Four of us in the family room was cozy but not crowded. Do visit Nakajima Park nearby. It's very serene and ideal for a morning walk.

The breakfast could be better but honestly, there are many choices outside the hotel. The toiletries are okay but hope they will provide more than 4 bath towels as the towels are kind of thin. Love the robe they provide for sleeping.

Still best value

Second stays in 2 weeks. We decided to come back to this hotel since we like our previous stay/room. So many of features we liked that we forgot to mentioned in our 1st stay review. There was a door separating corridor n bed area so that when you close it, you have a proper room. The coffee in the room was indulgent in the morning. And most of all, the sun light, lots and lots of natural light. And did I mention how spacious it was for a deluxe twin room? So of course, again, best value overall!

A Great Intro To Sapporo

The hotel is in a quiet place but walkable to Susukino. We stayed in a quadruple room which is great for families. There is an airport bus stop just 100 meters away. Lawson on the ground floor of the hotel. The daily hotel toiletries were eco friendly.

I got confused and thought I booked a room with breakfast. I was trying to clarify with front desk and the man just brushed me off.

Great value, comfortable and convenient hotel for a few days stay.

Big and comfortable room. Bus stop for airport bus just diagonally across the road. Car rental is also just opposite the hotel if needed. Staff speaks English and are very helpful.

Excellent service, cleanliness, friendly staff

The staff from the front desk to staff retriving car from elevated carpark were outstanding. We also needed packaging material which the front desk staff readily supplied. Lawson downstairs and microwave . We booked the deluxe twin, it was spacious

On friday 5 May, we couldnt find parking at hotel nor surrounding paid parking . Staff allowed to park in front lobby until a lot was available. All this time showing concern

The best value overall

The staff, location, room, we liked them all. Especially at check out. I would like to compliment Mr Takayuki Obata, Ms Liu Chih Chun and Mr C. Chen for the service with a heart and lots of smiles. Check out experience was jovial and full of laughter because of their easy going manner. They assisted to forward our luggage to Tokyo and kept the other one for us. When we couldn't write the address in Japanese, Ms Liu even help us wrote it down, which we appreciated very much. For the price we paid, we were pleasantly surprised to find the room clean, spacious, bed comfortable, staff nice, courteous and helpful with happy manner. Ticked almost all points for list of being hotels we like. Our room was at 15th floor facing the Nakajima Koen Garden. Location was less than 5 minute walk to Nakajima Koen subway station, a bit longer to Susukino station. The hotel is in between these two stations, in a straight road. 2 stops from Susukino (3 from Nakajima Koen) to Sapporo train station. It was the best value in term of price, service by the staff and location. So we are returning again next week for the last leg of our travel.

We were placed in a smoking room on a smoking floor. I didn’t select this option but for some reason it was listed on our reservation and the staff was unable to move us because the hotel was fully booked.

Very good quality hotel, close to food outlet and transport link.

Very good quality hotel with a Lawsons convenience next door. Short taxi ride from Sapporo Station. Also a short walk to the nearest subway station.

The room is spacious. The staff are nice and helpful. The location is convenient and close to underground train station.

I love the location of the hotel, breakfast, family mart and car park.

We have a little toddler and during breakfast one morning, he was throwing some tantrums. A male staff came to tell us to asked the boy to keep quiet as he was disturbing other guest having breakfast. I stay at the hotel for more than 6 days. I have witness a baby crying away when the mother was feeding her food yet no staff went to tell the mother that her child is disturbing the peace of other guest.
