This hotel is immaculately clean, well maintained and the family who run it can't do enough for you. It was a lovely surprise to have a room service each day - not what I expected for the budget price. And the breakfast is magnificent. I'd definitely stay here again. There are a lot of very mediocre (or worse) places in Blackpool but this is a gem!

Well located, a short distance away from the town centre. Very friendly and helpful staff. A shame there was no food & drink in the evening. Parking was first come-first served on each nearby street, but found a space two streets away, so quite pleased, Breakfast was tremendous, and very tasty. Really enjoyed the stay, especially as it was quiet at night.

although a little dated, the rooms were very spacious and exceptionally clean.
the owners were super friendly, polite and extremely helpful.
the breakfast was lovely and nothing was a problem for them to do for you.
so easy having the tram top a mear 30 second from the hotel and right next to the beach also.
this is our second time coming here. the first time was 9 years ago. and we had the best experience we did 9 years ago this time too. wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.

The staff make this hotel!! they’re exceptional! couldn’t do enough for me and my family.
Helped with bags when we arrived and when we left.
Kept my sons insulin in the fridge for me all weekend and the breakfast was brilliant. No grease to be seen!

I booked for my wife and she liked the family run fact, people were super friendly and it felt like a HAPPY place to be.
Breakfast was excellently made from fresh produce. Nothing was pre-cooked.
Room was adequate for herself with everything that she needed. I have booked for her again for later this year.

Owners are friendly and very helpful , rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice , a altogether pleasant stay . Would definitely recommend and will definitely stay again

breakfast was very good and the hotel was happy to cater for any requests.
would’ve liked a lounge area to sit in and chat before retiring for the night (there is space to sit but would’ve liked a larger area)

This property was a clean and well maintained hotel, there was tv,a kettle to make hot drinks, a shower an the staff were so welcoming even helped us carry bags an showed us to our room they were very polite and caring our stay here was just the best.I would highly recommend this hotel and I’ll defo be returning .

Fab family run bnb,
Clean room, freshly cooked breakfast and location is close to the main attractions.
We stayed for 2 nights for my daughters 4th birthday and Jay kindly decorated our room for arriving. (Much appreciated)

Rooms were clean and offered the basic emenities you could need. Breakfast was tasty with attentive staff who can't do enough to help you. The location was also fantastic with a tram stop at the end of the street (practically next door!) to take you to wider Blackpool and the centre.
The rooms were quite outdated. Our room had a bathroom with a very small shower but everything was clean. Walls were thin so could hear a family with a baby next door a lot but that can't really be helped.

The staff were amazing couldn't fault them at all. The room I was in was a reasonable size and so was the bathroom. At breakfast you could have whatever you wanted and he would make it for . Over all it was an amazing stay.
I wouldn't say it was something I didn't like it's more an annoyance and that was the tv in my room only had two channels. Was probably only needing tuned in.
