super dirty and old rooms!!!! super low quality of the furniture. very cold, feels like no rennovation for 30+ years. it was almost unbearable to stay inside the room. location very inconvenient, as the hotel is situated on the top of the hill - quite an unpleasant walk with sore legs after skiing. spiderweb in every corner of the room, 3cm layer of dust, dirty chairs!!!!

A very charming, what feels like a familly run place, which feels like time has stopped once you walk through the door. Jazz plays through the speakers and you feel the warmth of the staff. They treat you like their guest, and not like a paying customer. Wonderful vibe. From a technical perspective, the room was spacious, mattresses were top tier, shower was warm and pressure on it was excellent. We will most certainly come back and recommend.

great breakfast, 10 minutes to lift. very clean, helpful staff and a lovely room. excellent value

1) the hotel had a restaurant and bar 2) nice atmosphere in tbe bar and good Belgian beer 3) spacious bedroom and ensuite 4) friendly staff

1) the shower could have had a better flow and have been hotter 2) longish walk to the ski station 3) the dinner was a bit basic 4) more options at breakfast would have been appreciated (fresh fruit, museli, butter etc.)
