L’emplacement est idéal et le personnel est superbe.
N’eut été du bruit excessif des voisins à l’étage supérieur et ce jusqu’à minuit, nous aurions donné une note parfaite

The location couldn’t be more perfect! Close to all the shops, restaurants, 10 min walk to Nice train station and 10 min walk to Galleria Lafayette! Very convenient. Lovely staff who were attentive, very hospitable and made the experience enjoyable!
It’s a tad overpriced for what it is but I guess you’re paying mostly for the location.

we’re so used to hotels and it’s our first time in a residence style accommodation but we settled in very quickly and learned to appreciate it

When we returned to the room, we found the cleaning staff had thrown our clothes on the floor, the soundproofing was poor and we could hear everything in the hallway

very helpful reception manager, 5 star service, upgraded our room, and sorted out the unhelpful bar staff.
we were late arriving after dinner and they refused to serve us at the bar at 10:55 saying they ‘close at 11’ and have to go home !

Professional and friendly staff, clean, well equipped apartment. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Nicely renovated historical building.
Nice area, could walk easily to most of the attractions. Close to the train station.
Would stay here again when we return to Nice.

Great location, comfortable, quiet, and a superb, unbeatable breakfast. Super helpful staff over Whatsapp (thanks Emma). Shame we were only staying one stopover night 🙄

Price is high for Nice, I suggest more punctuality in serving breakfast.

Great check in experience. Location close to restaurants and walking distance to main attractions and train station. Comfortable beds and good space for a weekend away - we had an executive studio. Shower was great as well with great water pressure. Appreciated the coffee pods, tea and cold water. Would recommend this place
If you are sensitive to noise it might be good to bring some earplugs for upstairs neighbours walking around. But other than that no noise from street etc.

Perfect location, great and reliable staff, impressive interiors, spacious rooms. Impeccable service - they upgraded one of the studios we booked. Both rooms had everything we needed.

I loved everything, the staff were so friendly. On our arrival we were welcomed to our apartment with a handwritten note thanking us and wishing us a great holiday. I loved that the apartment was within walking distance to restaurants and close to attractions.
