Excelente ubicación. La cama matrimonial king size, extra cómoda. Buenas almohadas. Muy buen desayuno. El personal muy atento. Seguridad 10 puntos.

Falta frigobar en la habitación. El aire acondicionado es super ruidoso.

El hotel tiene una buena ubicación. Y estaba limpio.

Es un edificio viejo con poco mantenimiento. La puerta del baño no cerraba . No había lugar para el auto en el garaje del hotel . El desayuno estaba incluido pero no era rico . Pocos ascensores para lo grande que es el hotel .

Para entrar y salir del estacionamiento. Ascensor en muy mal estado a pesar de estar en refacción podrían haberlo dejado listo para el finde turístico. Baño con lavamanos muy chico

the only thing i liked about this hotel was the location - very central

It was one of the worst hotels I had stayed in for many years. It was old, dirty, and extremely uncomfortable. Cockroaches were present in the room. When I informed the receptionist about it, their response was that they couldn't take any action. The toilet would leak every time I flushed it, and the furniture seemed to be older than I am. This place should only be considered if the alternative is sleeping on the street.

breakfast terrible - little besides bread, cake and cereal (despite a very friendly lady working there), staff had no English, across about 7 or 8 employees - despite their marketing the hotel in English as well as Spanish. No safe in the room, no working AC in the room.

Perfect location with a beautiful view of the cathedral and main square from my bedroom window. Very helpful staff eager to practise their English language skills.
