Velmi pěkný pokoj, výborná snídaně, možnost půjčit si hry potěšila.
Maličké minus je, že hotel nabízí pouze privátní wellness, které pro nás ve skupině bylo ‘zbytečné’, ale skupinové bychom rádi využili

Dala jsem hodnocení 9 z 10, aby byl stále prostor pro vylepšování. Nicméně nemám jedinou výtku.

Do hotelu jsme jeli kvůli welness, kterým se hotel pyšní a při příjezdu nám bylo sděleno, že ho mají vybookovaný na 14 dní dopředu místní obyvatelé, takže jsme se tam po celou dobu pobytu ani nedostali, takže velké zklamání !

We really enjoy the staying in hotel. The rooms are clean, big enough, well equipped. The breakfast really fine with good coffee, wide range of selection. There is special menu for children that could be great option for families. Nearby there is good restaurant where you could taste local food. There is a stop of tramway and suppose you could easily reach centre of city.

I was there for work so had to leave before breakfast was set red but they packed up a to-go kit for me that was waiting for me on my way out. Loved it.

The room Was great and the bathtube Was fantastic. Beds were really comfy.
In the bathroom there is a need for even the smallest shelf or something to store the cosmetics on.
There is no lift.

Very keen staff aleays helpful. Excellent breakfast and superb wellness. We really liked the idea of maxibar :-)
we were in apartment in other building and we do not consider the quality of this apartment comparable with the rest of the hotel and facilities.

Everything was amazing during our stay! The staff was especially friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the room was super comfortable. The play room for our kids was terrific! We plan to return.

everything except one thing (see below). super kids friendly, amazing staff, nice breakfast where staff put soul into preparing it, modern, nice rooms.
one of the reasons why i chose this hotel was spa. however, it’s a private spa and needs to be booked far in advance. for our 2 days stay it was booked far ahead.
