A guest was sleeping with his TV on full volume at 01:00 AM. I called the contact phone, and a hotel manager showed up in minutes, restoring silence and calm

The staff were friendly and spoke very good English. We booked a family room which was very spacious (had a large double and two singles) and also had a shower/wet room no bath but that wasn’t a problem for us

We arrived at about 20:00 and had been informed that there maybe no staff to check us in but there was an automated check in outside the front door which was simple enough to use. The problem was the hotel was surrounded by scaffolding and looked like a building site and in the morning we found it was next to a building site… luckily we were just using it as a stopover/place to put our heads down for the night so it didn’t affect us much. It may put people off when arriving though or staying for multiple nights

Clean functional rooms, easy access and a lockable car park. Good shower and washing facilities. Good internet access

Deal for overnight stay, but a bit cramped for longer stays.

The location is not very nice and there is no restaurant at the hotel. Everything around was fully booked so we had to drive another 15 mns to get a fast food

The staff were friendly attentive and spoke perfect English. The room was clean and comfortable and the free movies and WI-FI was great.

I have no complaints.
