Huge hotel, good location

Arrived early and couldn’t check in but when we did they gave us an upgrade to the Resident suite. Our rooms were huge and the balcony was massive as well. Overlooking the pool and beach area. Aircon worked well. Staff were very friendly. Circle K, mini mart, ATM at the end of the driveway. I highly recommend a massage from Iva at Coconut Dayspa 3 which is across the road from the property. Absolute bliss. Although the hotel is a little tired, I would stay here again.

Temperature of the pool was very warm. Not refreshing at all. They could work a little better on sustainability…I don’t like how water is provided by way of plastic bottles. Waste is a massive issue in Bali.

Thank you to all the staff at this resort. Our stay was beyond perfect.

Our family rooms were a generous size, it was ground floor with an outside space, very close to the pool. The breakfast had so much good, delicious food to choose from. The pool was just like the website photos, beautiful, blue and clean. The pool zone was spacious and had many secluded areas to relax. The restaurant food was delicious and reasonably priced. The spa rooms - the therapists were amazing. The beach was by the resort on one side and Kuta shops the other. We could not fault, every area of this resort was amazing. All the staff were exceptional, friendly, accommodating, nothing was too much.

Nothing, we could not fault any of the resort. The location, the cleanliness, the staff, the food, all of it was perfect. We would easily recommend Bali Bintang and happily stay here again.

Nice hotel for families spending here the holiday

Staff, location, pool - all very good, the breakfast had a lot of options, so everyone could find something to eat.

The room on the ground floor was pretty humid (don't know if this applies to all the other rooms) and there were mosquitos (for my daughter a nightmare, since she is allergic to mosquito bites). The beach is full with vendors, that approach you as soon as you leave the hotel - can be at some point very annoying. Could not bathe in the water, because there are pretty big waves, so not advisable for families with small kids.

Sad end to our Bali trip

Fast WiFi. Big pool with plenty of sunbeds.

Only 6 sunbeds on the private beach - no idea why. Our shower was leaking, so the whole bathroom was wet. Very outdated furniture and amenities. Doesn’t feel like 5 stars. Service in the hotel restaurant is dreadfully slow. Room keeping at 8am. Selection of one type of cheese and two types of ham during breafest.

Perfect location with very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family to stay here.

This is a large beach front property with amazing gardens and in a great location. There are lots of beautiful restaurants close by and everything is within a walkable distance. Breakfast was good and well planned out, 2 egg stations and separate areas so even if it was busy it never felt chaotic. The food was decent quality and always hot which is something we have found is an issue at other hotels.

Our bed wasn’t the greatest but we still managed to sleep ok. This is something they should consider to improve though. Need more sun beds when the hotel is busy. The pool area is busy and inviting and we found getting a sun bed a challenge if you are not an early riser.

Relaxing and Enjoyable

Breakfast has a great selection there was one day which there were extra people in attendance which did slow the service we were told was part of a breakfast promotion but food was good and the staff did the best they could.

All good just one day as mentioned but overall was quality

Value for money hotel, location could be better, beds not comfortable

Clean, good for value

Beachfront but a good distance walk to where surfing etc are, bed was hard and felt over-used and needing updating. Hotel is a large building complex and lots of walking + stairs to get to room / various facilities

Comfy, clean, well located, and pretty resorts

Friendly staff, clean rooms n facilities. Premises are well maintained. Nice swimming pool n landscape. Good location to entries and shopping areas.

One of our rooms' hand towel has stains, although we believe it has been clean but possibly due to towel overused. One of our double bed mattress is not firm. Has a bad indent on the mattress due to overuse.

Very hospitable and accommodating as we had a very late checkout so paid for half day extra due to late flight home. All the staff friendly and helpful.

The bed sagged in the middle so didn't have the best sleep.

Great value for the price

The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept well every night. Breakfast was delicious and warm. The pool was also enjoyable and had a lot of sunbeds available as well as towel service. The direct access to the beach and the strolling path through the whole coast was also a big plus. Very friendly and helpful staff.

This is really not a hotel that you want to stay in, every hotel has its issues for sure and there is always something t

the gardens and the size of the pool

Operations of the hotel ,from turning up in your taxi and having to dealing with your own luggage (little to no assistance from the concierge) to literally guests fighting for a breakfast table, (if you find one then you have to clear it yourself, then find some cutlery or even a cup for a drink). it was no fun with 2 children . House keeping :well they would clean your room and take your dirty towels and then it would take till 7pm at night to get clean ones and that’s only if you didn’t jump up and down (this was every day and not one and was because they were not ready, still washing them). if you didn’t notice you would jump out the shower and have nothing to dry yourself. The pool is 1.8 meters deep in the majority of it and although it has a toddlers pool they is nothing for the slightly older children, so lots of parents were buying lift vests for their children, but you certainly could not leave them unattended.
