Everything! Costumer service its really next level! Food is absolutely delicious and great pricing. Scenario magical and rooms are beautiful and comfortable i would a thousand percent come back.

Time from the restaurant is very slow, and even slower on peak times

The stuff was very kind. The breakfast was delicious. The room was comfortable and quiet.
The wifi connection was extremely weak. The fireplace could work better.

Food was delicious, some of it being gourmet which was a pleasant surprise given the remote location. Service was very friendly, although some could use better training... perhaps selection and training is not that easy in that remote location.
