Very professional and friendly staff. Clean rooms, nice small breakfast, good location

The drain in the shower smelled bad, the hotel corridors and elevators were very hot, the air conditioning was not felt in those places

The breakfast was really good, the bed was comfortable, the hotel was quiet, the elevators worked, good value, we will stay here again!

The fact that they give someone else the room tour key and they try to go in while we were sleeping. How am I supposed to feel comfortable leaving my personal belongings and work computer at the hotel while I’m gone if they can give someone else the key to our room. Someone else was given the same room hours after our check in. We just got an I’m sorry.

This time I booked two double rooms through booking hotel city express I didn't have my reservation. they had my paper with my name, but they said that they didn't have my reservation in their system and it wasn't possible to stay on a trip for three hours and they didn't solve anything for me even though I had my reservation code that bothered me because I had to go

I felt safe at location. Coffee was good compared to OXXO’s. Great walking distance to restaurants and clubs. The staff are friendly and willing to help you out with any concerns.

No open windows to freshen up the room. Air conditioner had a bad smell like it hasn’t been cleaned or used before.

I was in room 216 and the up stairs was the washroom or some type of machine that made a lot of noise and also we were on the back part of the hotel and there’s bar in the back so there was a party all night

Manager dont know how to do the biz , they did not check in at 2:30 PM, I have to wait till 3PM. Hotel is empty but they dont care .

this time I have to complain about the noise, we got room on 1st floor and boy oh boy was it noisy early morning, woke us up unnecessarily too early. view? well not expecting waterfront but there was trash bags and other stuff. a buzzing noise was on all night too from who knows where, like a machine or something.
