Lovely rooms and a very beautiful property.

Location was perfect. Travelled the Skerries and surrounding area.
Hotel was clean and modern. Spacious room with great facilities.
Breakfast was lovely.
We dined in the restaurant and the food there was delicious also.
Only issue was the family staying up stairs had young kids that were running around til late at night. Because it's a town house we could hear them through the ceiling.

Gorgeous little room with fresh pastries delivered each morning. Coffee machine and fresh granola with greek compote in the room.
Fabulous food in the restaurant also.
No Hot water at 11am in the morning.
Staff didn't come across too happy or wanting to be there.

Kate gave us the warmest welcome. Room was perfect, breakfast was amazing, cannot recommend enough.
We went out of season and the start of the week so unfortunately the restaurant only open thurs to sun, but that was fine for us.

Staff were really helpful and the dinner was lovely
The fruit for breakfast had expired
My kettle in the room didn't work. I tried to call to report it but because it was a Sunday there wasn't any staff on.

The personal flair, getting to know the owner who is a terrific woman. Her recommendations for our onward journey were excellent!
The seafood restaurant was amazing for our dinner and the glass of Port was out of this world.
The accommodation was eclectic, refined and of great quality.
We only stayed one night and had to move on and leave this morning due to our schedule. Would have loved more time!

Good ambiance. Good location. Efficient breakfast.
Noise from engine in the room. Unclear entrance.

we loved our stay! The room was wonderful and the staff is very hospitable. Great restaurant as well.
The breakfast was nog great. Good concept to put it in a mini fridge but there was no bread just some day old croissants. Bit of a let-down.

Spacious room with very comfy beds, interesting books, coffee machine, dining table & chairs. Fridge contained nice quality breakfast items and were supplemented by fresh pastries in the morning. Friendly, helpful lady on reception.
Maybe a bigger bottle of milk would be welcome if you needed milk with your cereal, but there are convenience shops very close by.

Exceptional.
From the moment we walked through the door we were immediately impressed. Kate was the ultimate host, so warm and welcoming. The property itself is beautiful with stunning decor. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Lovely staff and great breakfast in the morning. had parking available which was fantastic. Was a last minute booking so was on the more expensive side.
While it’s a personal preference, the door to the bathroom was glass and easily to see in. from a design perspective it’s nice but just never functional.

Location was perfect for purpose we were in town for
No hot water in the shower during our stay . It was unusable
Heating in the room only was on part of the time . Was far too cold in the room
This isn't a budget hotel with budget prices so I would expect the Bar and Restaurant to be open which it wasn't.
Breakfast was advertised as included in the price which I expected to be a hot breakfast but in the small print it did state that this was not a hot breakfast rather it was an in room continental style breakfast.

no wash clothes in bathroom

Breakfast was good if a little different, a selection served to the room rather than a sit down.
I think I would have preferred a traditional style of breakfast

great location and superb spacious room
The only thing was we are both vegan and had a very poor breakfast compared with our friends who had a superb breakfast. We got a tiny bottle of soya milk enough for two cups of tea which we used in our arrival day. So next morning we couldn’t have cereal or milk with coffee or tea. our friends all got salmon, cheese, croissants etc. We felt short changed as could have had soya yogurt, hummus , guacamole etc. there was butter in the fridge which is not vegan but nothing else. we did feel cheated and would not rate the breakfast highly at all.

Breakfast in room - fridge full of lovely food, large bowl of fresh fruit and fresh pastries delivered to room in the morning. Room huge, bed super king size and very comfortable, shower excellent. Restaurant first class - the best meal by far we store in our week in Ireland
All that could have been better would have been if we’d had time to stay longer

Fabulous fish restaurant. Cracking atmosphere on Friday and Saturday evenings. Secure and convenient parking.
Strangely for an Irish establishment, there’s a lack of personality. Modern and clean rooms with excellent quality ‘room-service’ breakfasts but no personal interaction and no ‘MD’ style presence in the (excellent) restaurant.
