Pleasant stay

A quiet area of the city and a short walk from the Sansutsi David metro. Hotel with 24-hour reception. Very helpful staff. I recommend for couples and singles. Rooms with a terrace to the garden. Backpacker-friendly hotel.

I have no comments.

Good stay

The living-room was great and comfortable, with 2 sofa. The garden was beautiful. The kitchen was very clean.

Friendly owners, quiet surroundings, still close to railway station and subway.

It was cold. Bed blankets were old and heavy with insulation damaged. They should be replaced.

Convenient to sleep 1/2 nights, but very expensive for the services provided

- Convenient to spend 2 nights when you have no choice - Proximity to the train station and metro, 20 min from city centre - Very good WIFI

- Very hard and not very comfortable mattresses - Cigarette marks on the floor - Dust was not removed - Weak air conditioning, not easy when it's 37 degrees outside - Odd patching above the room door - Taps and sockets detached from their wall mounting

Nice, clean and big room with friendly staff, especially the receptionist.

Exceptional

Everything was great! The personal was very polite and friendly. Breakfast was very good, it was served in the beautiful yard, where you can sit for a few hours in the morning until it becomes too hot. It's a quiet place, my room has met my expectations. Thank you!

Very quiet location and spacious flat!

The hotel is located in a very quiet sidestreet so that you have a relaxed night without noise. It is not far from downtown. The most quiet hotel I had in Yerevan as yet! At the nice inner courtyard you can sit and have breakfast or whatever! The staff is friendly and helpful. We had two rooms. AC is available in the living room.

Very good

The area is very beautiful and quiet. The hotel has great friendly staff, rooms are very clean.

No hair dryer, no toothpaste and no slippers in the room.

Personal are friendly and ready to help. Good silent place.

1. In my room internet was not good. Access point with strong signal said there is no internet. Access point with poor signal worked intermittently. 2. Plumbing is poor and very noisy. Roof in bathroom very wishes a refreshment. 3. Sheets are with holes that hard to miss when you cover the bed. Big holes

Good value for a family stay.

The staff were very helpful. Room size is big, we got a duplex with 2 single + 1 double+ 1 sofa Cum bed. The quality of equipments and sanitary ware is good. Good Wi-Fi connection Location is appx 4- 5 km away from the city centre in a quiet neighbourhood. Water is excellent at the hotel.

Breakfast is very basic, could have included some fruits, fruit juices ,cereals & yoghurt. No cleaning of the room during the entire length of our stay.

It was ok.

The garden outside and the girls working there.

The room was too small. And there were things on the website that didn’t exist in the reality. For example, it was written shuttles available to airport but there was no such a thing. It said paid dinner but there was no such thing either.
