We had a good stay. It is close to everything. The place was clean. We had our two dogs with us, so we were glad to get

Will not be staying here again.

The Pool was a hit for the kids. Although the tiles need fixing, some are loose and some are missing.

The cleanliness of the room. There was stuff coming out from under the beds when we let the breeze blow in through the door. Two of the beds had old water bottles under them along with dirty old slippers. The draw in the cupboard was full of dirty old socks, I'm guessing had been left behind by other guest. (YUCK). Most of the taps leaked both in the kitchen and bathroom. It was very noisy with traffic and other guests. Needs some good maintenance.

Couldn’t check in! Tina answer your phone!

Nothing as we could not check in. Old and in need of a face lift. Several rooms facing the road looked derelict. There are far nicer motels in town like Winsor park

We arrived just after 8pm and rang the duty manager (Tina) whose number was left at the reception for guests to call when checking in. Tina did not answer her phone or return any of our calls which meant we could not check in. There was a lock box where keys should have been left for all booked in guests however none were left for us. We rang another number that came with the booking confirmation and the lady was very helpful. Only strange thing was she said we were booked into room 26 but there was no room 26? Anyhow she could not get hold of Tina either so kindly booked us into the Winsor Park motel which was newly refurbished, modern and turned out to be cheaper!

Great location for stopover, very clean and so grateful that they allow pets to stay.

The customer service was exceptional and the room was very clean and it is so good that they allowed pets to stay.

It is in need of a upgrade and some minor maintenance.

Won't be staying there again.

Beds are comfortable

Having stayed there several times over the years, we always had breakfast in the morning before setting off on a long journey home.The new owners don't do breakfasts.

Appearances are deceiving; this was a quality stay; and we would gladly stay again.

Whilst the decor was dated, the room was spotlessly clean, the bed was superbly comfortable and the linen was quality plus.

Old but very lovely motel to stay :)

Owners are really friendly, room were very clean, although the property is kind of old and aged but everything is working. Close to supermarkets, restaurants. I am so glad to find this pet friendly motel, so we can take our pet cat with us during this family trip.

Spacious room and friendly staff.

Very spacious room. Traveled with my dad and 2 kids. Great that we could have single beds and a double. The kitchen was a great size with a full fridge/freezer. There was a small dining table and chairs, small couch. My daughter enjoyed having a bath. The room was very big and TV worked well. The staff (Tina) was very friendly and gave us extra milk. She also left balloons and a present for my daughter's birthday, which was a very surprising touch for a young girl!

TV could have been bigger for the larger sized room.

Miserable

The carpet was dirty The microwave still had someone’s food in it. The freezer had food in it The place looks sad and unloved and needs an overhaul.

Will stay again!

This was my second stay with my dog Max. We both love it. It's comfortable and has all the facilities you need plus the staff are lovely. It's great to have a pet friendly motel, where travelling with pets is just an ordinary part of life.

Disappointing

accessibility to main town late check in

the room had a very bad odour, shower curtain wasn’t fastened and kept falling down, bathroom light didn’t work I had to set up a lamp, and housekeeping didn’t seem to do anything about it even though I had left a note on counter in room.

It’s now my go-to!

Friendly service, really homely, clean and comfortable. I had everything I needed and if I had of needed anything more it was just a phone call away. Most importantly I felt safe and they allow your pet.

nice room, great staff, but the room smelt like cigarettes

amazing staff and great location, only downside was the cleanliness of the room. it unfortunately smelt like cigarettes. other than that - great stay.
