Outstanding accommodation in a beautiful setting with really friendly and helpful staff. The room was great, breakfast and food was great. Perfect place to stay.

very nice and clean rooms, also the staff from reception.
everything ok
3.0
the fact that it was far away from the city.
free parking and gated access to the property.
the dirty shower and 1990’s era furnishings which were all falling apart and
tiny shower inside a cramped bathroom.
the door to the room literally opened up to the pool, and dozens of guests & their children.
the noise of the entire collection of hotel guests AND the general public who can use the pool right outside my hotel room door. this was not advertised.
DISGUSTING BREAKFAST, I wouldn’t feed that filth I saw to my dogs. The breakfast staff seem incapable of making a coffee.
the breakfast staff are also incapable of being at all polite or courteous; horrible people.
€260 euros a night for this garbage? don’t waste your time.

Beautiful place at the mountains, good pool, very comfortable apartment with kitchen. The stuff is friendly. The breakfast is ok.
No cleaning during 3 nights

A lot of space - you can easily relax there
Restaurant and pool on site

The ambience was reasonable, the location was quite difficult to find although it was close to the Expressway.
It was not very clean, there were two spare pillows which were very dirty, the breakfast was poor at the very best and plates were dirty.
Not a very nice experience.

Beautiful swimming pool, restaurant menu Optimus, excelent dishes, good customer service
Poor breakfast, location difficult to reach, we were assigned a underground room
1.0
The swimming pool.
We wanted to use the swimming pool after leaving the room (for the afternoon) and they wanted to charge us €15 per person, even if we did a super late check-in the previous day and we hadn't touched the swimming pool. We also wanted to have lunch at the restaurant but they couldn't care less. This never happened to me in any other hotel and there was a little man who was super rude telling us that was the rule and there was nothing he could do. So 0 flexibility, he told me that was "business" 🤣

great territory of the complex. pool, parking, terrace, mountains view

Pool and room good.
It's a venue facility... not really a hotel. On the night we stayed there were only 4 guests but there was a party for 50 people and we were not the hotels priority.
7.0
rural setting, strategic location to most attractions in the area. good value for money
we were not feeling comfortable with our Golden there. they had a German shepherd always surveying the property and looked kind of dangerous. that poor dog needs a life and a walk!

You definitely need to have a car to stay here. Private parking available

The pool
Pillows need to be renewed, as well as the stove. The apartments offer a kitchennette, not a kitchen. Tiny fridge, no microwave. Pans and pots were disgusting. Walls between apartments as thin as paper. Everyday at 7 am we got waken up by the neighbours next door. Bedroom's window overlooking the neighbour's terrace. Really narrow shower, you could barely wash your hair without hitting the glass doors. They say it's located 10 km to downtown Salerno but it's actually 15, and the roads are small and in bad shape, the trip is never less than 25 min. Breakfast buffet has nothing to do with the pics they show: croissants were ok but 'fruit' juice seems to be made of eveything but fruit. At 215 eur per night, take your pick.

The swimming pool was large and very clean. The hilly sourroundings provided a nice view / scene. The children loved the pool. It was clearly the highlight of the site. Indeed, it closes already at 6pm! However, after we explained our situation to the stuff (our intension to take a bath after our usual day trips) the kids were allowed to bath until 8 pm.
Often events take place on the site in the evening. In our case especially birthday parties for children (music stopped latest short before 1pm). During the day lots of day visitors are coming for the pool (like in a puplic bath) who leave latest at 6pm.
The room was not too big but had a small covered terrace with a table and chairs and a nice view into the hills.
There is a big private parking space (well used during daytime and evening events).
The price performance ratio was not that good. For the relatively high price we had clearly expected more.
The equipment of the kitchen was moderat. And the utensils were not really clean. Pans were grated and they still were partly greasy from the last users.
There were two quite new air conditions, in each room one. But they were not well maintained why they worked not as they should.
The really nice swimming pool (as everywhere in Campania) closes already at 6 pm.

The setting is gorgeous and the place is located in a peaceful spot surrounded by nature. The swimming pool is clean and good sized. The restaurant serves very good food. Everything is spotlessly clean and staff friendly.
Breakfast is varied but could be a bit better considering the high standards of the restaurant.

Very comfortable
It was too cold for the pool but we really wanted to swim... so nice
not much

The location was great. Only a 15minutes Drive from Salerno. The venue is located in the nature with beautiful views. The rooms are clean and spacious. The people are super friendly and the food is amazing.
