We were warmly welcomed by the owner of the property, who was lovely and very helpful. Felix Residence is well situated, with the beautiful beaches of Trapezaki and Agios Thomas close by. The pool area is also very clean and has a great view to the south and you can see Zakynthos. The property has a lovely garden, the air perfumed by lots of flowering plants.

Wifi was poor, probably a few boosters would help! (WiFi was strongest on the pool terrace). The bed was also a little creaky.

The hosts were amazing - super friendly and really welcoming. We had an apartment that faced the pool and the view.. WOW.. i have attached a pic of the view for you. The apartment we had was none of the ones listed in the photos provided. It was a superior apartment and we had 3 ppl.. i would say that the apartment was a little tight for 3.. the ones online looked a bit bigger, but the view and the chilled nature of the residences made it fine. I have to add that they have cats that are around the property. They are lovely and friendly and so loving, we adopted one we names Mildred on our stay a white one with tabbly patches. She seems to be the one that stays around the 1st floor (poorly eyes) :( she made our stay even more homely. Every time we opened our door in the morning she was there to greet us and also when we came in at night, if you do go please look out for her (they sell cat food in the supermarket)! we miss her already... Cleaners were super friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. The area is VERY hilly. To be honest you could really do with a car if you are staying, as we were only there for 3 nights we didnt bother, but we came across a wonderful man and his father than do taxis in Trapezski : +306984831098 - highly recommended.. We walked down (as everything was steeply downhill) but called the taxi to take us home. Recommendations on resturants: Gelfiri - lovely food and lovely staff. Denis - the best meal we had whilst staying and lovely scenary on the beach, Kilmari - food is average but service and cocktails and atmosphere was good - its 5 mins walk from Waikiki Beach Bar were we went after for a few cocktails and it had music playing til 11pm. All in all an amazing place to stay. I will defo be back to stay at Felix Residences. <3

nothing - cant fault the property at all.

I was charged twice. Incurred fees which the reimbursement have yet to cover. So not happy with how that was carried out.

Everything, the whole complex was astonishing. Nice bedroom with a small kitchen, we also had a cosy patio that led to the pool and gardens. All the staff was friendly, really nice and helpful. Highly recommended!

The lenght of our stay... We wanted more!

The Manager and the Owner - Hugh and Lucia - were so friendly and helpful during our stay, as were all of the staff at Felix which really makes your holiday all the more special and enjoyable! The location albeit up a steep hill (Kefalonia is naturally very hilly) made for the most stunning views on a morning and night. The apartments themselves are actually better in real life than on the photos and we were so pleased we chose to stay here during our holiday. I would highly recommend staying here, hiring a car and enjoying everything Kefalonia and The Felix Residence has to give!

Not a thing!

Beautiful garden with pool. In the pool area you have fridge with drinks with very reasonable prices.

Rooms were not clean, there was a lot of small things in and outside the room (dead flowers, dust, ants,...). The bed was in bad condition, also other stuff in room were a bit old.

Nice Garden with a very clean pool, the view is fantastic. The rooms are nice and location great.

We had to make a switch On the last night . the stuff was very kind and explained the situation, but the room we get wasnt So quiet like the one we had it before. There was much noise from upstairs neighbours:(

We had such a lovely time here. The gardens are beautiful and kept to a high standard. Lovely pool area and room with everything you need. Hugh the hotel manager was just amazing he couldnt do enough for us, suggesting days out, making sure we were enjoying our stay, always present and just smashing his role. Hope you get employer of the month Hugh haha 😄

Beautiful view, very clean and tidy, the pool was amazing and the hosts were super kind to us. We got lots of tips and kindness. Breakfast is available for 7 euros(which we didn’t try). The most beautiful beach around (for us) was Lourdata and you should not miss the orange cake at Denis at Trapezaki beach.

Having returned from Felix Residence last month (October), this is a very much overdue review! This is my second visit to Felix, having also stayed there in September where I enjoyed it so much I went back! It truly is an amazing place to stay & the owners (Efi & Pasquale) & their manager (Hugh) couldn't do enough to ensure my holiday met my expectations. In fact, more! Felix's gardens are lush, beautiful & full of colour & the scent of the sweet Jasmin adds to the ambience & charm of the place. Surrounded by wonderful scenery with views overlooking the Ionian Sea. The Trapezaki & Mousata areas are ideally situated to explore Kefalonia. Felix Residence is a lovely place to relax & discover the island. I personally enjoyed a trip to the village of Assos, passing the infamous Myrtol Beach, where Captain Correlli's Mandolin was filmed & in Assos, accompanied with Hugh & his friend Rudgey, we enjoyed a wonderful lunch in a traditional Greek taverna. A huge 'Thank you' to Efi, Pasquale & Hugh for making my stay unforgettable! And, look forward to seeing you again next year!

Lovely views and it was nice and quiet

Everything was fantastic! The location is amazing and the view from our room exceptional! The room was spacious, extremely clean and the owners were really friendly, present for anything we needed and giving us helpful suggestions on the best places to visit in the island. The pool area was the perfect place to chill out and relax. We had the romantic long weekend we had imagined and will definitely return and suggest it to our friends.

The view from the well equipped room was breathtaking. Lovely gardens surrounding a bar and pool! My family loved the hotel and we will definitely be returning in the near future!

Accommodation at Felix Residence was excellent. Very nice owners, willing to accommodate and help in everything. We were at the end of the season, so the temperatures were low, especially during the night. They gave us a heater. Unfortunately, breakfast was not possible as we were the only guests but we didn't mind. We bought groceries at a nearby store. We even got a surprise, which was very nice. I definitely recommend this accommodation. Kitchen equipment could be a little better. A better knife may be a wine opener.

Everything was perfect!!The ambience,the staff,the location!!The room was spacious,very clean and balcony with wonderful view!! The gardens are immaculately kept, fantastic lighting and little gems hidden throughout the property. Pool massive and lovely bar as well. Enjoyed the breakfast. Will return.

We booked to stay and I read some negative reviews from some time ago which did worry me. Clearly any previous issues have been dealt with. The staff here are amazing and cannot do enough to help you. The family that own the property are lovely and Hugh who works with them is wonderful and so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The gardens, pool and view are simply amazing. Our two kids (11 and 7) loved staying here. The breakfast is a continental breakfast and great, cereals, pastries, yogurt, fresh fruit, juices, lovely coffee, cheeses and hams. Exactly what you expect in Europe and no complaints at all. They don’t serve food in the evening but are happy to order you takeaway, we had the best pizza which Hugh ordered for us and dealt with it all, this was amazing. Great location, close to a lovely beach and lots of restaurants are within a short drive away. Value for money here is superb and you are made to feel so welcome.

Nothing not to like.

Awesome view! A beautiful comfortable private terrace at our suite. Pool itself and pool equipment very nice! A modern room with all necessary. Very good location. Good supermarket 500 m and a couple of very nice taverns in 1,5 km. A nice beach in 1 km. An apartment to recommend to stay in if you discover the south of island.

It was a very nice stay, no inconvenience! A quiet simple breakfast was OK for us, a not perfect clean rooms and bath were also no problem for us as we were ready fot it (many responses on booking wrote about it)

The place is lovely, amazing views and polite staff. The pool is clean and the prices are very reasonable.

We travelled as a group for a wedding and I understand it can become confusing so many bookings but we were asked to swap rooms on our last night because another group wanted to stay together on the same floor. At first we said no and the man was rude to us. Luckily for them they have very polite and sweet girls working for them, as she asked and explained so nicely afterwards we agreed but this did mean we was put into their daughters room on the top floor. This was absolutely fine for one night but wouldn’t of been very happy if it had of been for any longer.
