The hotel has the most beautiful scenery, we got married here a few months ago and returned for a break away. Treated like royalty from all staff. Rooms and the hotel itself is absolutely spotless, and the food is to die for!
We loved everything! Only thing we didn’t like was having to leave to go home!

We had a fantastic stay here for our wedding anniversary, all the staff were so friendly, room was comfortable, the spa was amazing and we had superb treatments. Breakfast was excellent too and we had a tasty meal in Jacks bar as well. The location is great and lots to do and see nearby.
Its not the hotels fault but next to our room were crows nests and there was a lot of squaking.

Late arrival but restaurant staff looked after us with no hassle, breakfast tasty and well presented
Parking a bit tight

Overall a comfortable stay, couldn't fault the staff, very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and the facilities.
We found the food to be disappointing, we ate in the bar/bistro the first night and we expected a higher standard. Likewise, breakfast is fine but not great. I recently stayed in the Ice House in Ballina and the food was amazing, dinner both nights and breakfast both days, top class. I really noticed a difference between both 4 star properties.

We had a lovely view of the sea. The food was gorgeous. This hotel is in a beautiful location with stunning surroundings.
Was midweek and other little bars were closed unfortunately as I like going a nosey.

Hotel was lovely rooms were clean and staff were friendly, view from room was stunning, just thought it was a bit pricey at 167.00 for 1 night without breakfast, for that price I would of at least expected the breakfast to be included

Rooms were lovely, well decorated. Comfortable and spacious.
Breakfast was lovely.
Staff very pleasant and helpful
I couldn't complain. Everything was perfect for our stay

The food was lovely, the dinner wait staff were brilliant and the spa treatment (massage)was the best I've had in a long time.
Bed was comfortable, room was clean.
The location of the hotel is also amazing.
The facilities were run down, the jacuzzi didn't work, the hot tub didn't work, the pool area was overrun with children going in and out of the steam room. Pool staff could care less.
Reception staff were abrupt and unpleasant, there was no warm welcome. It was all very forced.
Lunch staff clearly needed better training.
