Good accommodation in a nice location. Huge car park.
Service behind the bar was painfully slow however when our food arrived it was hot and tasty.
Absolutely no Wi-Fi connection whatsoever.

Lovely stop over spot, good food, friendly staff and nice and clean rooms. Would recommend for the money and have stopped here a couple of times now!

I found the accommodation superb value for money.
close to the motorway and a picturesque village.
The main road was quite busy in the morning, if I was to stay again I would request a room off the courtyard.

Nice quiet location. Good restaurant for dinner.
The 1st challenge was finding the unsignposted entrance in the courtyard in the middle of the building. We stood at check in for some time because it was at the back of the bar and all the bar and waiting staff ignored us. The room was dark with little natural light so we had the lights on all the time. We had to open the sofa bed ourselves and tuck in the base sheet and when it was open it left very little room to move around. The main bed was hard and the pillows were lumpy. The room was a triple but no 3rd mug, towels or toiletries for our 15 year old daughter. Breakfast was very uncomfortable because the girl who served us was in pain having injured herself and was crying. We didn’t feel we could ask for things like jam and another coffee as a result.

Good location for NEC. Light lunch was very nice and a fab indian just down the road if you fancy something other than the hotel food for dinner.

Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and shower was hot and powerful, Staff were really welcoming and friendly. Easy to find and great parking.
The lighting in the room could have been better. It was a bit dark when wanting to get changed and dry hair, put make-up on etc. But not really an issue.

Well maybe I'm getting a little bias as my 3rd stay now, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay, mixed with character and charm.

The room was well kept and warm.
The bathroom was damp and needed updating. The inn itself was cold and quite expensive for food and drinks

lovely location, superb service from the staff
room was absolutely filthy, hairs all in the bed sheets, cobwebs all over the bed, on the cabinets, the walls behind the headboard there was mould all in the bathroom

The place is gorgeous, with a cozy fireplace and an unmatched welcoming staff.
The only minor incident was that the TV was losing its signal every 1 minute

Room was very very cold on arrival. Took all night to get warm with radiator on full. Couldn’t sleep so cold.

The room was excellent. well presented, light, warm and comfortable. Good parking and well placed for the NEC. Great value for money. Good breakfast Helpful staff

check in a pain, couldn’t open tab to pay room and dinner, seemed concerned I wouldn’t pay bill. Restaurant meal expensive but steak was poor.

Great location for the NEC without being overpriced with ample parkint. The Traditional breakfast was very tasty and good quality. Nice stylish decor and comfortable room. Would like to go back again and dine as I didn't get the chance during my stay.
Room was a little dark for putting makeup on, but that was a minor.
