The apartment was really clean and spaces
No stuff and no information how to get the room key. Spend an hour looking for the key
7.0
comfortable and clean room, bike storage, outdoor space, handy to some food shops
overall premises more akin to a hostel or backpackers than a hotel, which was fine, but worth being aware of
8.0
Pleasant and comfortable stay ,edge of town and a nice walk around the See from the station.
nothing stands out.

Everything was perfect including the beer garden with delicious food
No elevator, but ok.

You can feel the springs through the matras.
Their administration is a complete mess, we left in groups and we both had to pay for the same breakfasts
4.0
The restaurant was closed on the day of arrival - not advertised of informed before. Nobody to direct or assist in a foreign environment. not enjoyable to enter the place via the back door to see the backside of a restaurant

Fair price.

Rauhallinen aamiainen
We didn't get dinner at the hotel. The waiter did not take the order... The service was rude and arrogant.

Simple accommodation, good for a brief stay.
It’s situated on a major street so can be a bit noisy for rooms towards the front. But windows are soundproof so that helps
9.0
friendlyness of staff, location.
noisy housekeeping staff

very basic but had absolutely everything you need for a night or 2. Didn’t see any staff, just a key in a lockbox, they don’t seem to have many if any staff.
you could hear the TV and the steps of the people in the room above. They walked around non stop

The bed had two different mattresses. On one side it was fine and on the other side you layed on springs. In addition, there was so much noise that we could not sleep. The staff was in no way helpful.
Can definitely not recommend to anyone. We arrived on Friday and had two nights. An outdoor bar has been set up right next to the hotel/guesthouse. On Friday, the music turned off at 04.30 a.m. On Saturday, at 5 a.m. On Saturday, the music was so loud that our room shook as a result of the speakers. The hotel staff were completely indifferent and we ended up having to call the police on the night of Sunday. When we tried to speak with the staff about it, they just said "Not us", as in that they do not own the bar. That is really not the point. If you have a hotel/guesthouse with an outdoor open bar right next to you, you should list this in your profile, so your guests can choose a different place to stay.

Absolutely great place to stay. Great staff, rooms, and food(/breakfast).

Staff was very friendly. It was clean and convenient for where we had to be early the next day. Restaurant in the hotel made dinner plans easy! Breakfast in the morning was simple but nice.
It was a little confusing because it is a restaurant and a hotel so you aren’t sure that you are in the right place when you arrive.

The bed was very cosy and the room was quiet. Simple but pleasant room... the staff was helpful and friendly.
One of the towels was dirty ...

Adjacent beer garden was pleasant and cool place to relax. Offered a reasonably secure place for our bicycles.
No interest in looking at our Booking.com reservation. Didn't provide the room facilities we had booked (gave us one with a double bed with external bathroom instead of separate bedrooms with a shared bathroom). Sink in room had no hot water. Shower in community bathroom had wildly fluctuating pressure and temperature (freezing cold to scalding hot and back again). Tried to adjust the height of the shower head and the whole thing fell off the wall. Did not attempt to follow any of the Covid check guidelines.

Some staff members were absolutely exceptional, others were quite the opposite unfortunately. The place was extremely clean and well presented. Food from the restaurant was good.
No fridge in the room. This was a killer for us, at this price a small fridge would not be too much to ask. Also no self facility for a coffee. When the restaurant downstairs is closed on Tuesday and Wednesday then there are no facilities available for food or drink within a reasonable distance other than the breakfast. Could feel the springs through the mattresses not the most comfortable bed.
